The cookies are great for the most part, i do experience some hiccups from time to time / the weekly flavor rotation can be a bit lacking.

went on 6/10/2025 around 5:20 and the girl wearing a hijab dropped our cookie (in a box) on the floor. she then switched the dropped cookie to a new box and tried to hand it back to us. when we told them we needed a NEW cookie, she tried to tell her manager she didn’t drop it. then the manager took the DROPPED cookie back to the fridge. so if you bought a s’mores cookie on 6/10, contact crumbl for a refund. it may have been a floor cookie. the boxes were also literally covered in frosting and she didn’t change her gloves after picking up the box off the ground
