I seen a lot of photo of badly done crumbl cookies. This location smooths all my fears. They're always perfectly done. I have never been disappointed with my order. I love how creative the ideas can be. I have tried them four times since they can be addictive just so I can be picky about the weekly selection. Remember they're sugary so consider your health.
I was a little worried after all the bad reviews in the beginning when this store open for the first time yet I decided to try , and I haven’t had a bad experience yet . The wait is sometimes longer than others but it’s understandable everyone likes Crumbl . So far so good. The store could use some deep cleaning , you can see the dust sitting on the decoration containers , also around the glass that separate publico with the prep area
Kentucky Butter Cake was awesome. Much better than I thought it would be without Bourbon Lol! I was disappointed in the service which is usually great. There were lots of employees working and they did not see 2 of us that were standing at the front register. I tried to get someone’s attention by waving and saying “excuse me”.
