I went to UConn, I’m a pilot and I’ve been to the other DP doughs. This was good. I picked it up, it was inexpensive, and my Buffer zone I loved in college is still a buffer zone. It was a great nostalgic meal. When I was there the cavournous space had a single employee. He was a wonderful guy, but I bet a lot of the bad reviews stem from high campus demand meeting low staff.

At the Syracuse branch, the food is good but the service is awful! Some of them are rude, they screw up the order, and swear at us customers.

Despite being in Syracuse the place is great, amazing CBR Calzone and even gives a reason to not chuck the receipt, keep it to get your food and they take it off your hands when you get the food

EDIT 2: Prices have gone up again. Two calzones, two sodas, and a dipping sauce, from them directly and not with an app, is now over $50! Absurdity. And it's always made incorrectly.
EDIT: This specific one, the syracuse one, no longer does the deals that EVERY other DP Dough does. I am not paying $12 for a SINGLE MEDIUM-SMALL CALZONE. With the deals, this was worth it. At only $12 per person for TWO calzones, this place is an amazing deal. We've ordered twice this month alone from this place, to delivery near tipp hill, and it's been wonderful every time.
It seems that 90% of the one-star reviews here are really problems with predatory apps like grubhub and uber eats. Order directly from them via phone or their own little webapp, and everything runs perfectly.
I love the BBQ chicken and the combat 'zones the most!

Placed a mobile order. Showed up and the door was locked. Last 2 times I placed a mobile order I tried ordering delivery and added a tip, just for them to call saying they didn't have delivery drivers.

Horrible customer service, refuses to listen to customers. 9/10 times they don't have delivery drivers even after they said they do. Then it's a 20 min process to get someone to refund your money while they argue with you. 10/10 don't recommend spend your money elsewhere.
I ordered traditional wings and received dunkers. The calzones were horrible .the inly thing that was good is there shakes. I would never eat here again. The dough is garbage. 50 dollars for two calzones, a shake and lb of dunkers(I ordered wings) never said they were chicken nuggets

I paid $20 for under cooked DOUGH!! I asked for well done Pinwheels, w Xtra parlando an apple dessert .. all raw dough. Fml. So Nasty. Next time I'll trust my better judgment and order OVER THE CUSE DELI A S GRILL!!
