Darwin's is delicious! This was our first time, and the staff was great at explaining the menu to our group of 5. Our group ordered - 2 Fish Sandwiches, Brandy B's MIDNIGHT COWGIRL, D's SOUTH OF THE BIRDER, and the Beets - N- Blue salad. All were fantastic! We'll be back!

I had to come here and leave a review after having the most delicious sandwich I have ever had!!! Darwin never disappoints, especially with the "Son of a Preacherman". Real turkey breast, absolutely delicious parmesan-roasted tomatoes, sweet chili sauce, country-fried bacon, spinach and mayo on Pasta's stretch bread...absolutely incredible! And the staff is always so friendly. You can tell it must be a great place to work because everyone seems happy to be there, and they all work together like a well-oiled machine.

If I could give this place 5,000 stars I would. The midnight cowgirl sandwich is something every person on the planet should experience. It's that good. The Buffalo Mac is my go-to side and it never disappoints. Some of the things on the menu may be intimidating to those who aren't sandwich enthusiasts, but I promise you, all of the flavor profiles are spot on and compliment each other so well. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The best sandwich spot in Syracuse hands down, you won't regret it!
