Waited over an hour for 4 entrees and every one of them came out cold

The food is okay it's typical bar food... We did enjoy what we got although. We had a ton of fun playing games. And will totally be back again :-)

Place and setup was a little chaotic, though it was my first time at a D&B. Really liked a lot of the games, including 4-player Halo, Mario Kart, and Pac-Man. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try out any of the VR games. Also, I did notice some games required maintenance and repairs like Tomb Raider and the basketball game. Basketball wouldn't sync with the other machines in order to play together and the screen for Tomb Raider was faded out and hard to see anything. Lastly, the Hungry Hungry Hippos game looked interesting, but wasn't available yet when I went. Overall, a pretty good experience.

It started out ok… we never got silverware I had to actually go up and to the bar to get silverware at the bar to get some. We only saw our waitress three times. One to take our order one to deliver and then to have us ask for the receipt. They didn’t ID use when we ordered alcohol. All in all this was our worst service experience. Normally they where good but tonight it wasn’t even busy.

The food is ok, but we go for the arcade. We are an arcade loving family and this location is clean and welcoming.

The chicken was cold and halfed cooked also nasty….the burgers was salty but looked cute but tasted nasty and why is yall alcohol so high 50$? Is a little much the waiter kept passing us the table was still dirty….left very quick didn’t stay to play games

We came in on a Saturday night to kill time before picking up a family member from the train station across the way. The hostess working on this particular night was pretty quiet but got us sat immediately which was great. That’s where the experience goes down hill. We were sat in a section with several dirty tables that were left full of dirty dishes the entire time we were sat.
Our server, Mya barely spoke to us and brought out a different beer than we ordered, as well as completely forgot to bring the cocktail that I ordered. She did not check on us until our food was completely gone and brought us over the payment terminal, which still had the drink on the bill. It wasn’t until we reminded her that we never got it, she offered to get it from the bar since it had been just sitting there. We were eventually able to get it taken off, but she had told the manager we didn’t like it not that she never bothered to grab it and walk it five feet to our table.

Food is good, staff is great, unfortunately it's almost impossible to have a conversation and you have to shout your order due to the noise. That said, if you're going there exclusively to game, it's the place to be. If you're catching up over dinner, request a seat as far from the arcade as you can.

My rights were violated and I was shamed..I was breastfeeding my youngest on a bench near the entrance when their security guard approached, grabbed my fiancé’s sweatshirt, and told me to cover up. I explained that I wasn’t doing anything inappropriate, but he insisted that breastfeeding was indecent, I was indecent, and threatened to make me leave. He even demanded to a coworker to “get the camera on her.” He continued pressuring me, saying I couldn’t sit inside to feed my child and should go outside their doors instead. Etc. To avoid further confrontation and not ruin my other child’s experience, I put the sweatshirt over my baby. I had nothing exposed. I most certainly was not being indecent. No way is breastfeeding inappropriate or indecent. This is not the Mall’s security. Dave and Busters has their own security. Mall security apologized and sent their security up to see how/if they could assist me in any way!

Went for Valentine's day dinner with my girlfriend and her parents. Robert was supposed to be our server but after 40 minutes of waiting and watching Robert going to every other table and just walking around i finally got up and talked with the hostess. We then got Skyler and she was great. She was on top of everything while picking up roberts lack of work ethic. 40 minute wait and not even greeted by Robert threw the evenings plans off.

We waited 20 minutes for a hostess who was clearly disinterested in seating us. The table was dirty and no silverware. We waited for 20 minutes and nobody said a word to us so we got up and left. Needless to say we won't be going back... the most awful service and we didn't even get waited on

Group of 8 to the Syracuse location. Food portions were smaller than a fast food restaurant! Especially for the price. Most of group ordered burgers or chicken sandwiches w/fries. The chicken sandwiches were smaller than a mcchicken. Didn't even fit the bun. The portion of fries was smaller than the small order at mcd's. Service was good! Games were fun!
Layout of tables was not viewer friendly. The people sit facing north and south while all of the TV screens are east and west. Constantly had to turn to watch. Left there with sore neck!

I only come here with a gift card. It gets boring quick. Kids would enjoy it more. Never tried their food

Parking: Inside the mall 3rd floor

Kid-friendliness: I think kids would like this better than adults

Wheelchair accessibility: Kinda tight inside because theres alot of people. but enough room for a wheelchair to maneuver

2/2/25 We got seated by the hostess. We sat at the table for 25 minutes and our server never showed up. A random server walking by finally asked if we had been taken care of yet and we said no. Waited 10 more minutes and with no server in sight we gave up and left to eat somewhere else.
