Great date night activity

Games are fun, its always a good time with friends, but unfortunately there's never any employees around. My partner and I come very frequently, we've racked up countless tickets (currently around 30k) but never spend any because we'll be looking at prizes and there's never any employee at the desk. I went up to the desk to turn in some cards for tickets, and stood there for around 5-10 minutes. There was a gentleman with his kid who wanted prizes but he said there wasnt anyone there for 25 minutes! We both left the prize area, I went to go find my partner. As I walked around I saw 3 employees standing in a tucked in corner just talking, though it looked like one was at least fixing a game. It was just kind've disappointing to see the service quality go down over the years. I understand it was a random Tuesday, so it wasnt as busy as a weekend. But I shouldnt have to stand for 30 minutes before giving up just to redeem a prize.

Went here for food and games for my birthday. While the arcade aspect is fun, the dining experience is not. When seated we were told the server just needed a min and would be over. Which is totally fine. Bri was very sweet, however after taking our drink orders, it would be another 10 to 15 mins before we got them. My beer and my friends frozen margarita sat in the bar window until our appetizer got to the table. She did apologize and inform us that they have drink runners, but even after she noticed it took some time to get the drinks. My other friend who got a water had to wait even longer for her drink to arrive. The food was hot and tasted good, but when it was time to pay it took us another 15 to 20 mins to get out of there. Our server told us the order of which we pay on the tablet, and left. I however had cash and needed her to be tableside to pay. When she did return she apologized and took my payment, then almost ran off again taking the tablet before my other friend could pay. I would understand if the restaurant was really busy, or if she was overwhelmed by tables. But it didn't really appear so. Coming here for the arcade and games is fun. Hopefully others don't have the same dining experience as us.

The girl working the kiosk to get prizes for tickets is a sweetheart and always smiling fir the kiddos. Shes great ty!

We had a good time. A couple games were broken and we didn't know beforehand. Food and drinks were good as was the service. I had ribs and the miller light on tap. We were there at a time of day that was not very busy which was actually great for our ability to move around and do most things we wanted. 11 am is a great time to go with kids.

I love going to the harbor to watch the sunset. I always liked taking my lil man to fish & feed the ducks too! Now they have the amphitheater to bring the kids,loved ones & friends to, we enjoy it! Especially since there isn’t much to do anymore in Syracuse.

The food is okay it's typical bar food... We did enjoy what we got although. We had a ton of fun playing games. And will totally be back again :-)

Place and setup was a little chaotic, though it was my first time at a D&B. Really liked a lot of the games, including 4-player Halo, Mario Kart, and Pac-Man. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try out any of the VR games. Also, I did notice some games required maintenance and repairs like Tomb Raider and the basketball game. Basketball wouldn't sync with the other machines in order to play together and the screen for Tomb Raider was faded out and hard to see anything. Lastly, the Hungry Hungry Hippos game looked interesting, but wasn't available yet when I went. Overall, a pretty good experience.
