Wait staff was curt and explained everything that was wrong with being short staffed. But spent more time chatting with eachother than working. Waitress told one family she was the only one working when we say two other women working as well. Bathrooms were disgusting. Trash cans over flowing. Brought our check with the food, never given the opportunity to order dessert or coffee after lunch. Would not recommend

Went in for breakfast with my husband this morning and it was clean, quiet and cute. We were some of the only people there but it started to pick up once we ordered. I got one of their slam specials with pancakes, sausage, eggs, bacon and hashbrowns for $10 and hubs got an omelet. The food and service were good.

Pretty ridiculous when you place an online order at 11:35am and show up at 12:15 on your lunch break to pick your order up and the extremely rude server walking through said to myself and 2 other people who were waiting for service it was going to be awhile a large family showed up 10 minutes ago and when you ask about your online order that was placed almost 40 minutes prior the same extremely rude server with a serious attitude says the same thing again. Asked to speak to the manager Sharon who was no help at all and just said "you can cancel the order on the app" Nice customer service you got there. I will never set foot in this location again and I hope they're one of the locations that closes this upcoming year

Me and my 10 year old granddaughter literally just left Denny’s on 7th North St, Liverpool N.Y. She asked for grilled cheese, this is what they brought us. They weren’t even packed at all. Why is this happening? Too say I’m irritated is an understatement!!!

Food was good, but everyone was being seated close together when the restaurant was virtually empty everywhere else — I know we are post-pandemic now, but a family came in, some masked, some not, coughing up a storm, and looking very sick and lethargic. I can’t risk being sick, relying on my own income and being on the road, having contact in cities all across the continent. Would be thoughtful for hosts and waitresses to seat someone like that a distance from others. I actually got up and moved tables.
Dietary restrictions: Menu lists items that are gluten free — both the sides, and the mains, and how to modify menu items to make them GF. Wish they would bring the GF English muffins back.
