The only bad part was that we were all too stuffed to even think about dessert! The BBQ is excellent but so are the sides. Coleslaw, BBQ beans, greens, corn bread were all excellent. We started with fried green tomatoes which were the best I've ever had. (OK, Dinosaur is the only place I've ever seen or eaten them!)

Was our very first visit. We didn't see much as we were ushered to a table and off in a corner where we couldnt see. But loved all the musician photos and painted cartoon dinosaurs enjoying life as humans. Was a very mixed atmosphere and very blended of all ages (including my baby and 2 toddlers) and ethnicity. Staff welcomed and was very kind to us and everyone. The food. I guess it wasn't very much my taste. The ribs and fries and chicken wings were amazing. We got a first time visitors free combo app. The pickles, brisket, chili, pulled pork, corn bread was a No for me. But I am not a smoked meat or burnt bread. Etc kinda gal so I am sure others will love it. The place is hopping for a reason. but its one of those places ya just gotta try for yourself. Love to know if you all love it

Ordered to go because the waiting was too long. I thought we were going to have a great bbq experience. Honestly, it was not as great as expected. The pork pulled sandwich was dried barely any bbq sauce, the chicken sandwich was even worse, and the coleslaw was the worst ever tasted, pure vinegar. Awful. Very disappointing.

Absolutely ADORED this place, this was a highly recommended restaraunt to us before we even came up to Syracuse and it absolutely did not disappoint. As soon as you walk in you can smell the meat, and once you try it it's just absolutely sublime. The flavors are incredible, the meat was so tender, and the portion sizes were large too. We also tried a few of their mocktails which were all tasty! Our waitress was super kind and attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere overall was a lot of fun. I totally get why this is such a must-eat restaurant in Syracuse!
