It was a truly great experience! My friend and I loved the food, and the portions were huge. Atmosphere was busting, we waited an hour just for a party of 2. If you're with waiting, it's one of the best spots in town.

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is already legendary for the food, but this review is about Kevin, the customer service specialist who casually turned a to-go hiccup into a masterclass in how customer service should be done.
Our to go order had an issue. Nothing dramatic. No smoke signals. No angry pacing. Then Kevin stepped in, listened like a human who actually cared, and somehow made us feel like VIPs instead of people with a problem. That takes skill. And probably superpowers....
