Give me wrong order I called and asked to give me the right order was told to bring the wrong order. Went with the old order explain to one guy and the other guy on the counter started argument with me about what’s wrong with the order. When I went there, he was already arguing with someone about something. I wish we had another Domino’s in the area. Every time there is something.

I placed my 1st order using the app. It arrived 20+ min later than estimated. It shouldn't have taken that long from that location! Following in the app, the time kept readjusting. It seemed like they were delivering multiple orders before mine. I almost expected my food to be cold! Had to call to find out where they were. They didn't follow the instructions I gave, and came to the wrong side of my building. (It's like, why ask for them, if you're Not going to follow them!)Plus they forgot my 2Lt Sprite, but gave me $3 back. Food was ok. Will only order again if they have great specials. I guess I can't expect good customer service from this location. I will be tipping less! Papa John's on James at Midler, on the phone, and their app is much better!

The pizza was dry, no garlic butter on the crust, either the sauce or pepperonis tasted off. Not the 1st time but decided to go back because places are entitled to have an off day but no. It was disgusting for the 3rd time.

Food was made very quickly and it was delivered quickly as well! Everything was delicious and the delivery drive, Murtaza, was so beyond sweet and he absolutely made mine and my family's night!! ❤️ Definitely will be coming back to this location!
We ordered from this location, and we were given a pizza which as you can see by the picture, was just sausage thrown on an old pepperoni pizza. This picture and the rest was shown to the manager Mohammad, who said they would replace it, that the “free” pizza would be on my phone number. I tried to order that replacement only to get hung up on repeatedly, then the call not answered at all 0 of 10 wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

It's false advertisement saying that you're open until 1:00 p.m. and not willing to take orders or anything past 12 fix your hours to say that your closed at 12:00 and you don't take any more orders wouldn't have wasted the gas to drive there if that was the case I thought they had another hour before they closed but of course the guy says "no we aren't taking any more orders"

Worst customer service ever experienced at this store. Guy at the counter have attitude issues looks like he hates his job. Would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend anyone going there unless you don’t care about self respect.
