Ordered the omelette bites and the hash browns bites. The Hash Browns were disgusting! Not hot, limp, bad flavor. I asked to be refunded & the surly employee said a refund will take 30 mins because they have to call a manager from some office to come to their location to approve refunds..…. It’s an airport- I did not have 30 mins. So they remade them for me. Just as bad! Still not hot. Still not crispy. Flavor is terrible. Consumers have been oven baking hashbrowns for 20 years to great success. Unsure how Dunkin put this terrible item on their menu. I took one bite, spit them out & threw the entire bag in the trash.

How sad it is that the only help that can be found is this bad. LONG line and 3 employees on their phone texting (no lie, no exaggeration). I had to repeat my order 3 times because the kid was reading his phone while trying to listen and key in my order. He actually seemed annoyed with me. Muffin went in the trash after seeing the woman reach into her shirt and scratch her armpit then get donuts without gloves. We couldn't even stop to complain because our flight was boarding and we were in the DD line for 14 minutes. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to get some oversight there.

I fly threw here a lot idk why this is the nastiest coffee ,all I get is a ice coffee and it’s always taste funny only from here ,but it’s okay won’t be going here anymore

I was placing my order of a frozen drink and the guy behind the counter got upset because he didn’t want to make it. I asked if if he wanted to make it and he said not really so I said ok forget the order and walked away. He tried to stop me but I said no thanks and walked off. Dunking you need to have a conversation with your employees.

Drink was good but be careful of how much ice you get! There was so much ice, I couldn't even fit the straw in. I mentioned it to the server and she just stared at me hahaUPDATE: came back 4 months later and asked for less ice and its basically the same ?

The employees working here were phenomenal. It’s just unfortunate that Dunkin’ Donuts/The SYR airport doesn’t incentivize working here. By not paying their employees enough, they didn’t have enough staff to have hot breakfast, offer cold brew coffee on draft, or use the mobile app. I’m disappointed I couldn’t get what I came for: hot breakfast, cold brew, and use my Dunkin Points and promotions to pay for my order. However, I did get an iced coffee. They made it quickly and it was delicious.

Good service, terrible food. The only hot breakfast option that I noticed past security. Hash browns were soggy and too salty. Chicken wrap was a mystery mix of something that I couldn’t finish.

Absolutely the worst staff imaginable. Stand around and do nothing but chat with each other while trying to open. They post they open at 430, but not here. It’s chat time first, make yourself a few coffee drinks and open at 450. Truly pathetic. Some advice if you don’t want to work stay home in bed.

I stood in line patiently behind one group of customers. They chatted with staff for a good 5 minutes before finally ordering. That’s fine. Then a guy behind me approaches the counter to order “free food” ahead of me. An airport employee. Fine. Then they serve him ahead of me. Still standing at the counter for a good 3 minutes. Never acknowledged by any of the 5 employees behind the counter. They were just taking to each other or playing on phones. Literally ZERO service. They barely seemed willing to help the people ahead of me that didn’t get all of their order. I’ve never seen such horrible service at a Dunkin’. I think the manager was one of the people hanging out behind the counter. Literally no one working except to trade “free food” with the guy who might be cooking chicken wings at a different restaurant to trade later. Remarkably horrible. I finally walked away. It was very insulting.

This was one of the rudest establishments I have been too in a long time! I ordered a coffee, waited for an appropriate amount of time with other customers getting their beverages before me. I then asked for my coffee and the staff said to me, very rudely, that she had called that coffee multiple times. Her coworker then stated that she heard it called two times also. I apologized to them both and told them I had not heard it and I was standing right there. She then proceeded to get me another coffee and slammed it on the counter in front of me. If she doesn’t like her job and dealing with the public she had better find another one. I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts on October 17 at 9:30 in the morning.

Line was long and online ordering wasn't available. I almost skipped but so thankful I got in line! The team was quick & efficient. My sandwich was hot & everything was exactly as ordered.

For some reason, they were not serving food? Just coffee and donuts. After ordering coffee, 1 hot and 1 iced, I waited as all the other customers after me were served. After about 10 minutes, I was asked if I just wanted 2 iced coffees. I said no, just give me a refund. Apparently that's impossible and so is my hot coffee. This place is a joke.
