The service is horrible the cashier was too busy in a conversation with other employees that she walked away in the middle of me placing my order ,other employees standing around doing nothing while orders are coming in and waiting 20 minutes for my order when i was the only person in the store with an order for 2 sandwiches

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this location. App orders are frequently delayed despite being placed well in advance, and staff interactions have often felt rude or dismissive. I’ve even arrived for scheduled pickups to find the store closed. This location could greatly benefit from improved professionalism, consistency, and communication.

Went to get a large hot cocoa with mocha shots and whip cream. After going through the drive thru took a sip of the hot cocoa. It was awful. It was room temperature, no whip cream, no mocha shots. Threw it out yuck.

Worst dunkin around. It took 15 min.to get 2 medium coffees that weren't made right at all. The 2 employees were standing there talking.
Will not be returning.

tried to order a bigger order for a work event, 3 dozen bagels and 3 dozen donuts a great opportunity to make some money would thing….. no they didn’t wanna wipe out all of what they had, we understood and moved on cutting the order in half no bagels just donuts fine whatever. We had also ordered 4 coffees, telling me the signature coca mocha latte couldn’t be done hot, like it doesn’t say it on the menu, then they proceeded to complain saying they’re not a bakery because of the amount we had gotten. No one knows what they’re doing coffees not make right either. Waste of time and waste of money don’t even have a manager to complain to because the one we think is a manager is too busy smoking outside, and complaining about a big order asking if the staff was going to make more bagels for tonight because god for big they do their job. All on black friday non the less.

I tend to use the mobile order feature at this location so I am able to stop in on my way to work. I ordered a coffee and a muffin, twenty minutes later I am STILL sitting in front of the store waiting on my food. An employee came out to the car with my drink and walked away without a word and pretended to not hear me until we shouted at her to ask where the food was. There is no way in the app to report a missing item and none of the customer service numbers on line work.

I order from here a lot and it seems like at least 50% of the time I order a cold brew I am given a regular iced coffee instead. No way to get that money back either because Dunkin doesn’t do refunds online. Why does Dunkin bother carrying it if they won’t ever stock enough of it? Just very frustrating because I do like the staff here, they are great
