I tend to use the mobile order feature at this location so I am able to stop in on my way to work. I ordered a coffee and a muffin, twenty minutes later I am STILL sitting in front of the store waiting on my food. An employee came out to the car with my drink and walked away without a word and pretended to not hear me until we shouted at her to ask where the food was. There is no way in the app to report a missing item and none of the customer service numbers on line work.

I order from here a lot and it seems like at least 50% of the time I order a cold brew I am given a regular iced coffee instead. No way to get that money back either because Dunkin doesn’t do refunds online. Why does Dunkin bother carrying it if they won’t ever stock enough of it? Just very frustrating because I do like the staff here, they are great

I ordered ice coffee with caramel and cream but I basically got flavored cream in a cup because it is was not tasting like coffee, all you can taste is the cream and caramel. Looks like they forgot the coffee...... Also, what is up with the workers just staring at customers. Hhow are we supposed to know if they are taking orders or just looking at people.

Couldn't tell you about anything other than service, which was non existent. 3 cars ahead of us when we pulled up. 1 got waited on and the rest of us....nothing.... We left after we waited a good 10 minutes and when the car ahead of us left too. The cars behind us followed us.
Honestly just asked for less ice in my drink and the young lady said we can't do that and proceeded to fill the cup past the brim with ice smh.

Waited in line for about 15 minutes instead of being acknowledged staff was rude very slow I had work early and couldn’t wait the rude worker was an old white lady with glasses I asked how long would it take for me to be able to order instead of giving a time period the lady said very rudely “ how ever long it’s going to take”.
