Waited an extended time at the speaker in drive through (only one car ahead of us). I ordered a medium hot chocolate (no problems there) then asked for a medium blueberry decaf coffee with cream and sugar. The young woman over the speaker said “Sigh… a blueberry WHAT? What am I making that’s blueberry? A coffee? A latte? Hot? Iced? Tell me what I’m supposed to make.” I laughed and repeated a blueberry decaf coffee and added that I’d like it hot this time (my bad). She then said “So no cream or sugar or anything?” I let her know that I would like cream and sugar please. She said “k” and I pulled around. Paid, grabbed our drinks, pulled out of the parking lot, and my “hot” coffee was not even like warm.
Not a great experience.

Every single Friday I go through the drive-through and I order the exact same drink. Every single Friday it is made wrong. I do not know how hard of a concept It is to have liquid sugar and for my coffee to actually be mixed and not 3 separate layers but it’s really starting to come to a point where I’m not gonna be going here anymore

Ordered the new lava cake latte and three munchkins on the app. The donuts came in the most adorable little bag and the latte looked beautifully made with its whipped cream, drizzle and hot cocoa on top.
One problem… there was no espresso in the latte 😭
Bonus star for a VERY well plowed parking lot on a super snowy Syracuse day.

First I get expired chocolate milk that expired last month and today I asked for a xl half hot chocolate and half coffee and they just gave me a xl decaf not what I wanted. They also put my food and drink at the first window took my card and told me to pull to the second window which already had a car at it just to give me my food and my drink that was waiting at the first window.

I have been here waiting 12 minutes for a coffee and a dozen donuts that I ordered on the kiosk. I watched 8 people order from a person and get the order quickly. This is an awful system in place with a lot of confusion by all employees. Constant back and forth wasting a lot of time. I will never return here and it will be another year or two before I try another. They all are absolutely awful with the speed and accuracy. Poor management at every location I have been to in the past 7 years.
