i’m from out of town and the first day I got here, I ended up walking inside to pick up my Mobile order and they were very overwhelmed and shortstaffed tickets were piled up that would not even look at. The second day I placed a mobile order, pulled into the parking lot two minutes later and about 15 minutes later I left with no coffee in hand and with people waiting in line longer than me. Numerous cars left after getting fed up with waiting.

The worst Customers Service ever I asked the short Latino girl with a black hair to give me a dragon fruit refresher with lemonade, and she gave it to me with green tea and then I told her that I ordered with lemonade and she took the cup refilled it with green tea and give it back to me girl it doesn’t take that much for you to just add the lemonade with a refresher like I pay for this shit

3493 Erie boulevard East dunkin' donuts.today I went in to give me some dunkin' donuts.the lady that was taking the orders was touching the register touching her pants touching people cards touching everything around her. And then going and getting their hash browns with her whole hand where are the germs are at. She was cross-contaminating everybody food. I wouldn't be surprised if the people in the Drive-Thru get sick. They need the health department in there. How could she not know that that was not good but she was doing. I start to pour her to the side and tell her but I just waited and tried to call couldn't get through so I'm writing a review.
