i’m from out of town and the first day I got here, I ended up walking inside to pick up my Mobile order and they were very overwhelmed and shortstaffed tickets were piled up that would not even look at. The second day I placed a mobile order, pulled into the parking lot two minutes later and about 15 minutes later I left with no coffee in hand and with people waiting in line longer than me. Numerous cars left after getting fed up with waiting.

The worst Customers Service ever I asked the short Latino girl with a black hair to give me a dragon fruit refresher with lemonade, and she gave it to me with green tea and then I told her that I ordered with lemonade and she took the cup refilled it with green tea and give it back to me girl it doesn’t take that much for you to just add the lemonade with a refresher like I pay for this shit

3493 Erie boulevard East dunkin' donuts.today I went in to give me some dunkin' donuts.the lady that was taking the orders was touching the register touching her pants touching people cards touching everything around her. And then going and getting their hash browns with her whole hand where are the germs are at. She was cross-contaminating everybody food. I wouldn't be surprised if the people in the Drive-Thru get sick. They need the health department in there. How could she not know that that was not good but she was doing. I start to pour her to the side and tell her but I just waited and tried to call couldn't get through so I'm writing a review.

Great, speedy service. This is one of the few Dunkin' stores I know that had a full rack of all different flavors.

Waited an extended time at the speaker in drive through (only one car ahead of us). I ordered a medium hot chocolate (no problems there) then asked for a medium blueberry decaf coffee with cream and sugar. The young woman over the speaker said “Sigh… a blueberry WHAT? What am I making that’s blueberry? A coffee? A latte? Hot? Iced? Tell me what I’m supposed to make.” I laughed and repeated a blueberry decaf coffee and added that I’d like it hot this time (my bad). She then said “So no cream or sugar or anything?” I let her know that I would like cream and sugar please. She said “k” and I pulled around. Paid, grabbed our drinks, pulled out of the parking lot, and my “hot” coffee was not even like warm.
Not a great experience.

Every single Friday I go through the drive-through and I order the exact same drink. Every single Friday it is made wrong. I do not know how hard of a concept It is to have liquid sugar and for my coffee to actually be mixed and not 3 separate layers but it’s really starting to come to a point where I’m not gonna be going here anymore

Ordered the new lava cake latte and three munchkins on the app. The donuts came in the most adorable little bag and the latte looked beautifully made with its whipped cream, drizzle and hot cocoa on top.
One problem… there was no espresso in the latte 😭
Bonus star for a VERY well plowed parking lot on a super snowy Syracuse day.
