The Sunday crew today 2/23 was horrible. My ice coffee top wasn’t placed all the way on and spilled on me they are very slow and have attitudes.

Ordered for delivery and missing multiple items. Missing the main items, two coffees but received the empty sealed drink bag. How can they seal bag up with the items not in it is beyond me. The sandwich I did received was iced cold and bacon was ice cold. The delivery driver picked it up in a quick timely matter as a paid for priority so cannot blame delivery driver for taking long tasted like left over food. Also ordered a english muffin with butter, it wasn't even toasted at all it was cold and untoasted.

I ordered cold brew, this was obviously not just iced coffee. I have issues with acid reflux, cold brew is the only thing I can have that prevents that and I just had to throw this out.

I ordered from DD for the 1st time today and what could have been a disaster, turned out to be an awesome experience. Ordering from the app was easy and while I wasn't sure I could still order a breakfast sandwich (it was 10:30a), it seemed to go through. I received confirmation of the order and away I went to pick it up. The drive-thru is a slow process here and I'm not sure why. Maybe that can be improved upon. I told them I was there to pick up an order and when I finally got to the window, the staff member told me that they never received the online order so she asked to see my phone. Another woman came to the window and verified what I ordered and told me she'd make it. Not wanting the people behind me to get even more disgruntled, I told her it was ok and nevermind. With a huge smile on her face and a very pleasant voice she said "no, it'll take me 1 minute" and was she right. Wow, it was done in a flash and I just want to say how much I appreciated that. It was delicious and how great that I can get a breakfast sandwich anytime I want! Kudos to the staff here for being so honest about the problem and then being nice to rectify it. I'd give 10 stars if it were a choice!

I was stupid enough to go this location. It wasn't worth the time, money & energy to get coffee from them. It deserves ZERO stars. The employees are very rude, disrespectful & unprofessional from the get go for no reason. I should've drove off as soon as they gave me an attitude. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone, screw it. Go to the different DD location to get a better customer service experience. ☆☆☆☆☆

Very nice and understanding my son has autism and can't speak but they always know what donuts he wants and are always available and are cool when he goes back and order more
decent. i come here very often (once to twice a week) because its less then a mile from me. and usually walk in or free coffee orders come out tasting like gasoline. but drive thru expensive orders come out good! wouldnt recommend. honestly just make it at home or goto another one. theyre ghetto. (food is tiny never get dunkin food)
