Doors were open. I go inside. It's a group of girls about five of them at the least. All sitting around and chatting. Mind you the drive-through line is wrapped around the building. That's why I came in. Immediately the girls address me and say, do you have a mobile order? With an attitude. I reply no confused.. And the group of girls proceed to stare me down and tell me that they're only accepting mobile orders or DoorDash coming in my due again drive-through is wrapped around the building. It's completely quiet in the store. I leave and get back in the drive-through line that's again wrapped around the building. I sat in line for about 30 minutes.

The treatment of the staff is very bad. The worst branch of Dunkin I dealt with in Syracuse. The employee who works there is literally crazy screaming and throwing drinks at the customers.
very nice staff, lots of comfortable seating, and a lot of items are always in stock it seems! just the floors sometimes can have a little bit of dirt on them but that is probably because it can get a bit hectic at times. overall, very good dunkin!!

The Sunday crew today 2/23 was horrible. My ice coffee top wasn’t placed all the way on and spilled on me they are very slow and have attitudes.

Ordered for delivery and missing multiple items. Missing the main items, two coffees but received the empty sealed drink bag. How can they seal bag up with the items not in it is beyond me. The sandwich I did received was iced cold and bacon was ice cold. The delivery driver picked it up in a quick timely matter as a paid for priority so cannot blame delivery driver for taking long tasted like left over food. Also ordered a english muffin with butter, it wasn't even toasted at all it was cold and untoasted.
