Took forever for a mobile order, I got my coffee fast but the Croissant took forever... a croissant... that was given to me cold, right from the freezer I'm guessing. I really only stopped to pee, but someone was hacking up a lung my whole time in the store. So much for placing a mobile order to pee and get out quick. I was in there for like 20 min! I now have to go heat up my croissant myself.

Promoting lattes they no longer have. Cereal milk and candy bar. Attitudes are nasty. Not customers fault if they're asking for something that's on the menue. The frozen machine has been down for almost a month . Everytime we stop in this one it's something they don't have, are out've, doesn't work. Exc

Kennedy the front counter rep is amazing she is always so sweet and she remembers your order and she goes above and beyond she adds a letter in chocolate to match the day of the week in the top of my ice coffee and I love it she really cares so from me to you Kennedy thank you for making every morning for me great and you deserve so much credibility your a true rockstar highly recommend Dunkin on midler and James st

When ordering a 5 dollar small coffee, it has to be right. I don't want to ever tell someone that works at a coffee shop that they didnt make my coffee right but it has been 3 tries over the course of a year and now this place is on my avoid at all costs list.

Never gives a straw with DoorDash order, don’t answer the phone to address concerns and rude as hell. Even when I DID go there you have to ask for a large straw for a large drink.

The Dunkin' Donuts on Exeter Street has a more welcoming atmosphere than the one here and is less crowded.
Customer service with an attitude. Coffee made wrong. Over all service is sad. I just moved around the corner and I like to spend in my community sad to say because of this experience I may be buying a Coffee mate after work. I understand people need to grow up. When there was no problem don't make one.

Food was graet but this lady with 2 kids one kid whouldnt stop crying and than there's this lady staring through the window and when she walks in the mom says WANT MORE I HAVE ANOTHER 1.25 and it took them 5 minutes just to ask what my order is I wouldn't recommend here service was horrible
