Food was graet but this lady with 2 kids one kid whouldnt stop crying and than there's this lady staring through the window and when she walks in the mom says WANT MORE I HAVE ANOTHER 1.25 and it took them 5 minutes just to ask what my order is I wouldn't recommend here service was horrible

They took the next order told me I had to drive back around Refused to take my order at the window I was the only one there at the timeI never leave reviews especially bad ones but come on, I thought Iwould’ve been treated better than that after waiting 10 minutes ended up driving to a different one I won’t go back to James St

Consistently gets order wrong or refuses to make it. As others have commented, increasing minimum wage for fast food workers somehow has made them worse and their job and more miserable in the process. I have given this place too many chances, I won't be returning.

Just picked up a mobile order, I ordered two bacon wake up wraps and they gave me one egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant instead. I frequent this location because it’s the most convenient for the me, but it has some of the rudest workers I’ve ever interacted with, especially when they (very often) mess up my food order or forget my donut and I say something. If you mess up someone’s order and they just want the correct item, give them the correct item. It’s that simple.

Best dunkin in the whole city of Syracuse the get your drink order perfect every time. I'm not gonna lie the drive through usually has a line in it but it's because it's the best dunkin around.
DONT order a iced coffee and 5 sandwiches in the drive thru. They will ask if you are REALLY trying to order all this food in the drive thru. This literally just happened. I will never go to any dunkin again. OH yeah, and there was one car that pulled up behind me right before I pulled off. NO I DONT WANT TO ORDER THAT NOW.

Use to be my favorite shop, fast and easy. Now it takes 20 minutes in the drive thru, the lobby is always locked. Half the time they don't open when it says they will, and always close early. Sign says they close at 8:30, when i went at 7:20 they were already closed in the drive thru and lobby.

The drive thru girl was an absolute twat this morning because I said “hello?” After waiting 5 minutes at the speaker..genuinely thought it was broken or something. Tried telling her that when I got to the window and that I wasn’t trying to be rude and she doubled down. Sorry you hate your life girlfriend, maybe if you were nicer life would be nicer back.
