I don’t think I’m ever going back to this dunkin location. Ever. I ordered decaf coffee in person, and the label had that printed too, but my coffee was very strongly caffeinated and i’m still dealing with its effects hours and hours later. The lady who prepared my drink slammed it onto the pick up counter and walked away. Their doordash service is just as bad. They always miss something on my order.

This location is seriously like candid camera. The wait is unrealistic for fast food. Like 20+ minutes for one drink, two sandwiches. I literally had to ask the cashier if everything was all right at one point ??? 22 minutes?

This Drive thru is the worst dunkin in the area. Slow to take order. Slow to get your order to the window. 15 mins for a coffee. From order to pay. Ill skip this dd and goto the one by Burlington coats.

You cannot count on them to remember to use a toaster for your order. Their call center refund process for missing items is designed twist your arm to get a refund back via store credit gift card. Love talking to people who's job it is to memorize a profit maximising script for a refund

Very unprofessional and bad attitudes. Ordered 2 refreshers using mobile app when we got there for pick up the woman at the window informed us they were out so we asked for a refund which is easily done scanning the code on the app and the refund is added to your card but when we asked her about a refund she said “oh I think you have to do it on the app” I said no they will scan the code and the refund gets added to the card in the app. She then rudely insisted we have to use the app to call for a refund so I asked for the manager. She rolled her eyes and got the manager who although was nice didn’t apologize and acted like she wasn’t even sure how the refunds were given but was still able to provide it. It’s not hard to ask for help when you are not sure of something and to be professional at your place of work. Also managers should know these things and

I dont really know why, but for some reason people here have no idea how to read a label. More than often my coffee is missing the oatmilk I pay extra for and the flavor shots. Just read the label. It'll tell you how to make it. 🙃

Drinks are almost always wrong or the ingredients are mixed into the wrong drink. Horrible if you have a dietary restriction. We even downloaded the app to make it crystal clear what we want to order and the drinks are almost never correct, apparently the staff don't know how to issue refunds either.

Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, your best bet is to make a separate order and ticket for yourself. Very dissapointed that drink modifications get mixed up this often when ordered with other beverages.

Wanted to order a latte at 6.45 pm (dunkin location closes at 7 pm) - and the employee said he can't sell any drinks anymore since they are already cleaning the machines. Very unprofessional. Either a location is open until 7pm or not - if drinks sales stop earlier they should adjust the opening hours. not again.
