After a 35 minute wait food was good besides hot chocolate (it was clumpy). We asked for a new one nicely and they said the machine hasn’t been working. We ordered 25 munchinks and got 19, pointed it out nicely to cashier and was extremely rude and said rude comment and slammed door. Still only gave us 3 additional munchkins.

They sold me a latte and some other things, then i noticed a bee on their donuts the employee told me she didn't care because she doesn't eat them anyways. Then come to find out they didn't have espresso then I ask for a refund and when I asked for my money original bills she snickered at me before giving them back .... one of the rudest experiences i had here and it wasnt the first time they've be rude at this location smh

I don’t think I’m ever going back to this dunkin location. Ever. I ordered decaf coffee in person, and the label had that printed too, but my coffee was very strongly caffeinated and i’m still dealing with its effects hours and hours later. The lady who prepared my drink slammed it onto the pick up counter and walked away. Their doordash service is just as bad. They always miss something on my order.
