Racist people working at this Dunkin, they kicked out my sister for asking for light cream cheese on her bagel, made an excuse saying my sister is body shaming an employee but clearly she’s being racist because she wears the hijab. Worst place in Syracuse!

I came in to get coffee and food and I almost damaged my car because of the several potholes going in and inside the parking lot. I mentioned it to the staff and they said, “Yes, we are aware, but CORPORATE won’t do anything about the situation”!!! This will be the last I come here and if you want to take that chance and risk your damaging your car don’t come here!!!
Parking: THERE ARE SEVERAL POTHOLES, WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR IF YOU ARENT CAREFUL NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!
The manager was on her phone when my husband came in to pick up food . My coffee was not right , and food was cold and tasted disgusting. I drive out of way to visit this dunking donuts because the employees used to be nice and paid attention to what you ordered. Makes me want to never go back again !

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, egg wrap, hot coffee and carmel ice coffee. Everything was made to order and good! No problems! Staff was friendly! We parked in handicap as my husband has the plates on our car!

This was the second time this happened, so I cannot let it go. I wish there was a 0 rating for service. I walked in to buy a cup of coffee stood 2nd in line for 5 minutes at the counter. Was never looked at or asked for my order. 4 employees running around filling orders from the app or door dash. There are about 8 of those customers standing around also.. This is not progress people, this is chaos. When a person standing at the counter for 5 minutes can't get an order taken because the app and doordash are taking precedence, it's time to walk out which I did. I don't blame the employees. But this is a ridiculous business model.
