Before the pandemic hit, this was the best Dunkin' around. Now, unfortunately, the staff is extremely inattentive and very slow. I don't even bother using the drive-thru anymore; it takes forever and the attendant makes me repeat my order 3-4 times and it's usually still wrong. I used the drive-thru today because I didn't have to be anywhere so I ordered one drink and one sandwich and they both came out wrong. They also have had a bee problem at the window since spring and it hasn't been taken care of. They just have yellow jacket traps surrounding the window. Going inside to the counter isn't any better. The counter staff has no sense of urgency. The new people are clueless and the old staff members clearly don't care.

The lobby is still closed here, but the drive-through goes by quickly. The coffee and doughnuts are good! The person who handled my order was professional and friendly. They made sure to offer us a cupholder and all that good stuff. They got our order right. I'd recommend the coffee, not the peach refreshers- the latter tastes really synthetic, to be honest, and I'd stick to boba tea places for something like that. Maybe the pomegranate is better? Sour cream doughnuts for the win.

The customer service at this location is terrible. We were visiting from out of town and were staying in close proximity and made two visits to the Teall Ave location. The first time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, I had to wait at least 15 minutes and was treated like my order was an inconvenience to the employees. On top of being treated rudely, the order was all messed up. I just chalked that up as it being an off day. I went back again and went through the drive thru. I forgot to order a coffee roll and asked at the cashiers window if I could add it on. I was told "No, we can't do that." I had to go into the store and drag my 3 kids into the store to get my 5 year old the doughnut because the employees couldn't add a 2 dollar item to my order at the cashier window.
