I placed a mobile app order for walk in and they were locked so I got in line at drive thru. I waited a long time to be told that we just opened and are not serving food and I waited at the window and was ignored before shouting to get someone’s attention. My only suggestion is that you could have said not open on the app! Also why are you still doing orders if there’s no food??

Long wait times 20 minutes or more when I order on the go. Most of the time my coffee taste like black coffee. They always forget cold foam and have attitude when I ask for some when I paid for it in the app. Half the staff stands around talking while drive through is backed up and customers are filling lobby

Absolutely the worst dunkin! Constantly closing down the inside, even when they are taking walk in orders. They have no clue what they are doing. How are they still open? The owner seriously needs to learn how to run a business.

Yikes. Stood in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes early afternoon with only 2 cars ahead of me and 1 customer inside. Clearly they more staff, or staff needs to be trained on how to properly manage work load. Guy at the window first tried to give me the wrong order, then only gives me half of my actual order and says have a good day. I had to request what I ordered and it wasn’t even the right thing after I got it. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this particular location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered ahead like usual and waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes before I had to drive away. 20 minutes of waiting and still had 2 cars in front of me to have their order taken.

This location is close to my home and every time I go there is a long wait, out of food, and cold coffee. I tried going back to see if anything would change but it just keeps getting worse. I will not be a returning customer..

Only one of the doors unlocked kitchen area visibly a mess. Owner clearly doesn't care about service or good staffing as there were two people barely keeping up. Staff didn't know their own self help Order screen, There's no option to modify sandwiches, And they wasted time telling me what I already knew. They weren't even ready to take a verbal order. Absolutely despicable franchise location.Go to any other one you can.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. Took 30 minutes to get our food/drinks, same with everyone else. A coffee shop is NEVER supposed to take that long no matter how busy it is. Then my iced caramel macchiato was nasty it was just straight up coffee that’s it. Terrible system they have going on there. Should’ve went to Starbucks!

One star bc I stood at the register for several minutes while I listened to the employees talk amongst themselves where they could definitely see me. I was upset I stood for so long and just sat down until they were ready to ask me for my order. Another customer came in and he was immediately greeted by the employees (I could tell he was a regular.) I made eye contact with multiple employees and nothing was said to me, not even a smile was offered.
Edit: I was there well over an hour without purchasing and nothing was said.

It took me an hour to get 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. The bagel I got barely had any cream cheese on it. I understand being understaffed, but it should not take an hour to serve someone their food
