I'm not quite sure who the owner is of this Dunkin, but they should probably rethink their investment or career. Anything other than being an entrepreneur is probably best for you. This is probably the most consistently bad location in the area. In the mornings, the line is always around the building with very slow service and minimal work staff. Then the lobby is occasionally closed because of minimal staffing. And then you have mobile orders that we do for convenience but find out at the drive-thru that nobody is there to make the food so we're turned away and have to get a refund. Sell this to someone else who can manage it better please

Today's visit was one of the worst visits at a DD..... Hash browns were hardly warm at all almost returned them for hot ones....sandwich was not hot but good except the bacon was off on the side not in the sandwich..... Coffee was hot and good as it should be and as I expected.... However the booths were dirty, both of them and a big area of the floor was also very dirty at 9:15 in the morning..... Actually it was disgusting the mess on the floor..... Also to top things off as I walked in I saw an employee walk out wipe the snow off her car as she came for a break and to have a smoke...I camme out about 20 minutes later the same female employee is still sitting in the car smoking and her car was parked right smack in front of the main door where customers should be parking not employees.....

If they had ten copies of Giovanni things would get done way quicker. Over an hour wait for two coffees and one sandwich, he went out of his way to get me out the door

Bathrooms were really bad, we couldn't even order food after that.
Waited over 10 minutes in line waiting for some to take orders, there were even 3-4 other people behind me waiting as well. Even after taking my order it took another 10 minutes to get my food and drinks and they were of mediocre quality.

This location is definitely understaffed and I feel for them. This is one of the most consistently slow Dunkins I’ve ever been to. The workers are kind and I’ll keep coming back because it’s close to my house. That being said, expect to wait at the least 15-20 minutes.

Quite literally the slowest Dunkin I have ever been too. Every single time we stop at this one, we instantly regret it. Drive the extra 2 miles and go to the 2nd st location
