Stop by on a Saturday afternoon. Was pulling a trailer and could not go through the drive-thru. The dining room was closed. Doors were locked but the drive-thru was open. Sign on the door clearly said they were open till 7:00. I stopped by around 11:45

The exterior was more welcoming than the one on James Street, and the food was fresher and easier to eat. Honestly, it depends on the cook preparing the orders; this particular day was delicious.

It seems the majority of the time I can not go inside which I like to do because I don't always know what I want so I like to see their selection. When I do go in and wait (I get it they are probably understaffed I'm fine with waiting) no one greats me or tells me they will be with me shortly.

Not worth the effort coming here if you are commuting somewhere and want to be on time. Lobby is always closed and workers are always very rude. I always seem to be late to work when ordering from this location despite leaving 10-15 minutes in advance just to pick up the food. Save yourself some time and go to the one past carrier circle. They are much better :)

Never open when they say they are in the morning need to update hours.
Edit- not open at 6am on a Sunday again. Staffing issues isn’t an excuse to not post proper hours of operation when open to public.

The morning crew constantly messes up food/coffee orders without any accountability nor corrective action serious changes needs to be made here.
Place socks. Never allow walk in for mobile app. Always have to wait in drive thru. Lobby doors locked most of the time. Clerks don't give you comp

Good location from our hotel to the thruway. It was a busy morning but they got through the orders quickly. We just got plain coffee. It was hot and correct. No major issues.

Lost a potential customer today, drove up and try to walk in for an order, but the doors were locked. At 11:20 on a Sunday morning. Apparently they were only doing drive-thru and the line was excessively long, so I got back in the car and left
