Forgot to get a pup cup for my toddler and she asked me for it at the window. Staff was more than willing to add it on for her! So greatful! Good customer service is hard to find but not here! They are great thank you so much! :) #onehappymama #becauseofonehappytoddler

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to, ordered breakfast sandwiches and drinks, almost all drink orders were wrong and we didn't even get our sandwiches cause they didn't have certain stuff for sandwiches, it also took an extremely long time to just end up getting drinks.

Placed a mobile order for pickup this morning. After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, went back in because an item was missing from an order and there was a hair in the barely warm sandwich we received. After explaining the situation and requesting a refund, the very kind employee went to the back to explain to the manager why I wanted a refund. I heard her yell, “she’ll just have to wait.”
Another woman in the restaurant approached the counter to ask about the status of her order. After not getting a definitive answer she told the employee that she just wanted a refund because she had been waiting 35 minutes. He tells the manager who then yells where we are unable to see her, “I’ll give them a refund but they’ll have to be patient.” Neither of us were being aggressive. After five minutes of waiting I left because the manager was refusing to assist and just being audibly rude to the employees in the back.
I ended up leaving without a refund because after being their for 30+ minutes I did not feel like catching the attitude of the manager when I had, what I believe to be, a reasonable request for a refund.

Terrible service was there today at 730am. who ever was in the window has a terrible attitude toward customers and the employees there. My drinks were made completely wrong tasted like straight milk and still got changed 12.40
Slowest, most disorganized Dunkin I have been to. Not that busy, and plenty of staff, but none of them seemed to know how to handle their jobs well.

I put an order for a frozen coffee and a warmed bagel twist for Walk In 10 minutes ahead of time, thinking that this gives plenty of time for the order to be ready upon arrival.
The coffee was ready and the worker (nice guy btw), told me that they are still waiting on the bagel twist. I waited an additional 10 minutes, still no BT, so I left.
Question for Dunkin' Employees: How long does it take to nuke a pre-made Bagel Twist??? You would think that the item was artisanally hand crafted in the store, the amount of time it took them to NOT make my BT!
