I wasn't there but I had breakfast delivered to my room. The coffee with cream was good, it was also the first time I ate something salty from Dunkin. Strange taste, but good. The donut was very stuffy, so I didn't really feel like eating a sweet donut, but I still managed to eat it. I recommend trying both

Been to this locations few times, everytime I go there I get disappointed. They will literally give you half cup on all the drinks. When I asked them why isn’t the drinks full? They replied “it’s our policy not to have it full”. I don’t like the customer service as well as pricing. I would recommend give what we pay for.

I know if I own the dunkin' donuts franchise I wouldn't want my employees to answer our car pulling up to the drive-thru with "give me a second!"mind you I didn't say a word I literally just pulled up and for some reason they never give you your total. (Lady voice at 12:10pm on Feb 4th) This one kind of annoyed me to be honest, I was in the service issue for years and I'm always pleasant when I talk to people. The dunkin' donuts on Miller and James Street is very good, I recommend that one.

Dunkin almost always delivers when it comes to their food and drinks. Unfortunately this location, the drive-thru lady working the day I went had absolutely 0 customers service skills. She said have a good day, and closed the window before I was able to say anything about the fact I had more on my mobile order. When she came back and I told her about the missing order, she grabbed it and handed it to me and almost closed her own arm on the window because she wanted nothing to do with me. Poor service.
Clean, fairly efficient, friendly, good service. The issue, as with many places, is I ordered coffee with alternate milk option and now I’m falling asleep 2 hours later with a partial migraine and dizziness. Some people CANNOT have cow milk. I understand mistakes are made, but if it’s laziness, or an oversight, certain things have implications. I’m just glad I don’t have to drive the 4.5 hours back to PA today. Overall, thank you to the employee that corrected my order with no extra charge (I added an extra fried egg at the kiosk, but the ticket printed with +bacon on it).
Dietary restrictions: Please check the milk on the order as described above. I had regular coffee and ordered alternate milk option, but I now am dizzy and tired, getting a migraine.

Felt rushed through with our order at the drive through. When we pulled up there were no cars behind us and by the time we finished our order only 1 car was behind us. We asked to have the order read back to us to make sure everything was accounted for but instead they only read back to process total and asked us to pull up to the next window. When our "entire" order was given to us, we were missing hash browns, and creamer and sugar for the coffees (which we did mention to put on the side). When one of us got out if the car near the front of the store to let someone know of our missing order, they were shouted at thay they needed to stay in the car. We were in a completely safe spot to exit the vehicle. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant ans mt coffee was delicious though.
