I constantly order from this dunkin every morning around 8-10AM on uber eats. I get the same thing every single morning, 2 coffees, 1 macchiato with whole milk, 7 caramels and 3 liquid cane sugars, add 1 shot of espresso and a latte with no espresso, everytime I get my coffees in they never add my espresso shot, I know what a coffee with and without espresso tastes like and I DO NOT pay an extra $2.11 for an espresso shot for the workers to be so lazy that they don’t add it into the coffee that I AM PAYING FOR. they act like it’s being taken out of they’re check and i’m getting fed up with wasting my money at this place, the next step for me is calling cooperate because this is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Mcdonalds does better than y’all at this point.

This lady was absolutely one of the RUDEST people i’ve ever meet in my whole life. My friend and I went to get some food and refreshers after our long hard class but we pulled up to the drive through and started placing our order when she YELLED NOPE at us and said that they only are serving hot coffee at this time which they are still a HOUR from closing time. Couldn’t sadly sad anything good about our time there so we went to starbucks instead.

I ordered a blueberry muffin & when I opened the bag it was completely burnt. I asked for a new one she said they were all burnt because of the oven. When I got home I opened my croissant and it was burnt as well.

1 star is generous. I think this may have been the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. I would consider going ANYWHERE else. They were rude, they were slow, they didn’t have what I originally ordered, then I got home everything was poorly made. You may think what I ordered was complicated, nope, a latte with one flavor and a bagel toasted with butter. I recommend ANYWHERE else. I haven’t even gotten in to how dirty it looked from the drive up window…

Took my money for a box of Joe and then didn’t have a box. And didn’t refund my money. Said I could do it on the app which was not true.

was in line for 30 mins . Get to the window for them to tell me, they didn't have my order order. They had no idea what I ordered so I repeated my order again, which was only a medium iced coffee. She proceeded to have me pay she told me it was four dollars and some change and then she charged me $12 and some change. I informed the lady at the window that she overcharged me. She informed me she did not told her she charged $12 for one medium iced coffee. She definitely overcharged me. She started speaking to another employee who was extremely rude and ignorant, and did not want to listen to her. You could tell her she kept walking away from her and ignoring her. She turned around and snap and said well what did she order then? The lady at the window didn't even remember what I ordered. So I began to say my order out loud I wasn't yelling, but I said it would raise voice so she could hear me because she was halfway across the restaurant inside anyways. The lady who was being rude, came back to the window and said you don't need to be yelling. I said you asked what I ordered and the young lady at the window couldn't tell you after sitting here for 30 minutes so I informed you what I ordered so we could get it going I wasn't in no way trying to be rude or yelling at you, but you guys have to speed it up a bit. They seem very incompetent. The lady begins to yell at me argue with me and I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me as she kept running her mouth and being disrespectful, threatening everyone else talking about you better get her away from that window. You better get her away from that window. She needs to get away from that window now, when I asked the manager the young ladies name, she said it was janisha. I already forgot the managers name, but she was a little rude as well, and she had no intentions on correcting her employees behavior, or telling her to calm down or correcting the way she spoke she was very vulgar and disrespectful when the manager had no control over her whatsoever. as soon as I pulled out the camera, she proceeded to ignore me and not say anything as she knew that she had been caught. I hope you guys have cameras and you playback those cameras stay here everything she said ain't no way she should be working and customer service with people or around food for that matter at all.

Not very good customer service , food nasty and what made me not ever want to come back , one of the workers cashed customers out with gloves , with the same gloves she grabbed donuts and prepared food! Sweaty nasty asked for my money back before they could even make my food never AGAIN!

So beyond the low amount of frosting already they had to place it upside down in the bag, we ordered two croissants stuffers as well both were ice cold in the middle save your money make something at home.

What is the point of the “on the go” of the front doors are always locked and you have to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes?
