never had a positive experience at this location EVER
Took my money for a box of Joe and then didn’t have a box. And didn’t refund my money. Said I could do it on the app which was not true.
was in line for 30 mins . Get to the window for them to tell me, they didn't have my order order. They had no idea what I ordered so I repeated my order again, which was only a medium iced coffee. She proceeded to have me pay she told me it was four dollars and some change and then she charged me $12 and some change. I informed the lady at the window that she overcharged me. She informed me she did not told her she charged $12 for one medium iced coffee. She definitely overcharged me. She started speaking to another employee who was extremely rude and ignorant, and did not want to listen to her. You could tell her she kept walking away from her and ignoring her. She turned around and snap and said well what did she order then? The lady at the window didn't even remember what I ordered. So I began to say my order out loud I wasn't yelling, but I said it would raise voice so she could hear me because she was halfway across the restaurant inside anyways. The lady who was being rude, came back to the window and said you don't need to be yelling. I said you asked what I ordered and the young lady at the window couldn't tell you after sitting here for 30 minutes so I informed you what I ordered so we could get it going I wasn't in no way trying to be rude or yelling at you, but you guys have to speed it up a bit. They seem very incompetent. The lady begins to yell at me argue with me and I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me as she kept running her mouth and being disrespectful, threatening everyone else talking about you better get her away from that window. You better get her away from that window. She needs to get away from that window now, when I asked the manager the young ladies name, she said it was janisha. I already forgot the managers name, but she was a little rude as well, and she had no intentions on correcting her employees behavior, or telling her to calm down or correcting the way she spoke she was very vulgar and disrespectful when the manager had no control over her whatsoever. as soon as I pulled out the camera, she proceeded to ignore me and not say anything as she knew that she had been caught. I hope you guys have cameras and you playback those cameras stay here everything she said ain't no way she should be working and customer service with people or around food for that matter at all.

Not very good customer service , food nasty and what made me not ever want to come back , one of the workers cashed customers out with gloves , with the same gloves she grabbed donuts and prepared food! Sweaty nasty asked for my money back before they could even make my food never AGAIN!

So beyond the low amount of frosting already they had to place it upside down in the bag, we ordered two croissants stuffers as well both were ice cold in the middle save your money make something at home.

What is the point of the “on the go” of the front doors are always locked and you have to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes?

Went to the drive-thru for a fun treat today after a long, hot walk outside with my kids.
Ordered five drinks which came to a total of $23.71. Tried to order a dozen donuts, but was told if my order was over $25 I had to go inside (I had 8 kids in the van, including two toddlers and an infant, which is why I went through the drive-thru).
Opted not to get any donuts.
Pulled up to get the drinks, including two caramel craze signature iced lattes. They clearly weren’t signature lattes (no whipped cream ?), and when I asked about it, she said they were out of whipped cream.
I told her I was confused that I wasn’t allowed to get donuts AND I wasn’t going to get the drinks that I paid for, but she was clearly apathetic and made absolutely no move to apologize or compensate.
How disappointing to keep giving a place a try and it just keeps being a letdown.

Went here on my lunch break and it was very busy so there was a bit of a wait but that’s because there were only two workers inside and all though they were short staffed and very packed they had GREAT customer service and my food was great , drinks were great and made correctly, definitely a 10/10!

The drive through was horrible the short girl with glasses is rude and cuss’s in the morning and the girls with the purple and black hair wouldn’t give me a refund an told me they didn’t care about my order or what I payed for it

Ordered Iced latte and there is no flavor.Don't waste your money in this place and the wait time is at least 15 minutes
