Often get order incorrect and expect 15 min+ waits in drive-through

Stopped there after Dr appointment. Had not had anything in over 12 hours. Ordered a XL coffee and egg and bacon croissant. Well the lid on the coffee was not on tight and the guy at the window spilt coffee all over my car and husband then we get our cousants that were cold with these little broke up pieces of bacon like they took it out of the bottom of the holding container. Then he got pissed when we asked for Napkins I said my stuff is cold and where is the bacon. Got told we're out of croissants now well then use an English muffin and he tried to charge me. Then used my card and they over charged me. And refused my receipt. I did contact my bank to stop payment.

I was in the drive through and could hear an employee swearing and complaining through the closed door. Southern accent chic. Not the first thing I want to hear in the morning. Had my going child in the backseat who could hear it. Thank goodness it was somewhat muffled through the glass drive through window.

This is dunkin is consistently terrible. They are always out of food items, whip cream and dome lids.Also, they have given me a cold foam coffee and insisted it was a latte...twice! If you order on the app, and they are out of items like they usually are, they will sub with who knows what. Last week we ordered for 5 people, not one of us got what we ordered. It sucks I have to drive further out to Salina st to go to a decent Dunkin when this is right by my house.

Ordered large chai latte with a flavor swirl and cold foam. No chai, no swirl, no foam. If your gonna charge $6 for a drink, at least make it right! Taste like watered down milk.
