One Star As a delivery driver for Uber Eats, I came to pick up an order at this Dunkin’ location and experienced one of the worst service delays. Despite patiently waiting, I watched the employees prioritize walk-in and drive-through customers over my order, even though the restaurant was not busy. When I finally addressed the issue, the staff acted indifferent, despite the fact that Dunkin’ pays Uber Eats for delivery services.
The wait time was so excessive that I had no choice but to cancel the order, leaving the customer to wait for a new driver and likely receive cold, stale food. This location is a terrible place to do business, with employees showing no concern for delivery orders. Extremely disappointing!

I'm taking the time out of my day to leave a review because this is one of the best dunkins around. The manager and all her staff are very very friendly and I've always had great experiences here. Especially with the tall African American gentlemen who works here with the pony tail. He is exceptionally nice.

The drive through is fast and always super friendly. Food is great and beverages made right excepptttt 9 out of ten times they forget to put the whipped cream on top of my drink. Not a reason not to stop. Go here. :)

Thank you to the new management at the Matty location for being so great. I like the 2 new gals, they talk to me all the time. I stopped going to that location on the account of some bad staff who seemed to always be in a bad rotten mood and acted as if the customer was a bother. You just don’t act that way! I always however have appreciate a few of the folks who have been there a while over the years. Natalie is one and has always done a wonderful job, and so sweet and takes care with her customers. She also doesn’t make things an issue when it comes up, I’ve seen her handle issues with grace. It looks much cleaner as well inside! The facility outside looked trashy but I was there recently and it’s clean from outside to inside.
Photos of the mess a while ago and recently it’s just been kept up nice! Just wanted to let people know changes have been made and I appreciate the fact I do t need to go to a farther location for my needs… thank you!!!

Went there 3 days in a row and ordered the same thing all 3 days. Not once did I get the right order or the same thing twice. Unfortunately I don't notice until I get to work and end up tossing my coffee. Try getting someone compitent to work the morning shift because that kid can't cut it

Second store in same day out of same as other store . So later Dunkin donuts you have lost me as customer and a few friends complained about same things. So I'm sure they are quitting Dunkin donuts also . Have fun
Two times over two weekends I went and bought 2 sandwiches each time. 4 sandwiches all together. EVERY SINGLE ONE was made wrong. Is ordering 2 at a time too complex? Is your line cook doing this intentionally or are they mentally incapable of building a sandwich?

Hands down the worst locations in Central NY. They are extremely slow and inept. Drinks are watered down. When you get avacado toast, the bread is ice cold AND NOT TOASTED. The wait for your stuff is very long too. If you're just getting a drink, expect to wait 5+ mins after placing your order. If your waiting for food, it will be 10+ minutes. This morning I waited 21 mins for "Avacado Toast" and "Hash Browns".... as expected the toast was not toasted... and the wait was for the has browns... which came out ice cold.
DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of better Dunkin Locations in the area!

The main dude needs to get fired he can’t handle anything past one customer. Ever single time I’m here he says there’s only two people and wants to turn business away only when he works. Get new people asap. He’s super rude and unprofessional

I've gone to the 2723 Brewerton RD location twice between 4am -5am and had to wait for my oder, either due to the slowness of the worker or my order being screwed up.On 3-21, my Peach Sunshine Sparkd was a Berry Burst Sparkd.On 4-14, my frozen mocha had no whipped cream or mocha drizzle.Also, the bagels and croissants are in uncovered bins exposed to the elements.
