Every time I pick someone up I dread hearing they are flying into syracuse. It may be decent beyond TSA but for those of us picking up and dropping off it's terrible. There are only 2 sets of bathrooms and they are as far from the entrance as it's possible to make them. For those of us driving more than 1.5 hrs to get there it can make for a desperate run (and they are always disgusting by the way).Several times I've shown up and the incoming flight is delayed, the last time my mom was delayed 2 hours. That's not necessarily Syracuse's fault, but waiting for any length of time is terrible, they seem to have employed hostile architecture so there is no comfortable place to sit.Even in the instances of just pulling up to the terminal curb for my passenger to throw their luggage in the trunk and hop in is a nightmare because stopping or even slowing down to look for a curb spot will have security swooping down on you like vultures.

TSA supervisor on Mar-17 is unprofessional and disrespectful. Got nothing better to do but turn around gymnasts girls because of plastic clubs in carry on. Great job, you made kids cry.

I love this Airport, not too crowded, not too far away.
The biggest issue this airport has is lack of skilled people to manage gates for arriving planes!! It is very common issue for passengers to be kept in planes for hours because gates have been occupied by other planes who delays!! Honestly why is it so hard to get it right?

I have flown in and out of this airport a lot. Always clean. Tsa is never rude, and fast lines. It's not huge, so no 30-minute walks to the next gate.
