Diane the manager has a major attitude problem and is rude. Been going there every weekday morning to bring my friend through the drive thru for his coffee. She(Diane) , according to the receipt, has a NYC RUDE style and unprofessional attitude. I just drive thru for my friend to get his coffee and she is so rude. I already reached out to the corporate office and the franchise owner. We have tolerated her since the Fall of 2024 and if it were not for the fact that they were the closest location to my friend's work, I would go somewhere else. I am nervous that she might throw the coffee at me or tamper with the order. Her presentation is an extremely rude way of customer service and should be removed from employment. I have had it with this treatment. This is the West Genesee and North Geddes St location in SYRACUSE, NY.

Great coffee and fresh donuts with quick, friendly service. The store could be a bit cleaner, but overall a solid experience. I'll definitely return!

I went there today November 28 2024 at 11:55 am to buy 2 dozen of donuts and one girl was throwing all the donuts in the garbage then told the other one we still have 2 hours to closed,.....two hours and she was throwing all those donuts in the garbage. wow who manage that place. I wonder when I go there they never have donuts. I couldn't buy anything.

Well staffed but the employees were too busy talking in the back room to come help customers at the counter. One car in the drive thru. Guess it’s hard to find employees who will do the bare minimum.
Stop in on occasion, and today I do and order my regular - Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, toasted, lightly buttered and cream cheese. Get to the office and find a PLAIN BAGEL, HARDLY TOASTED, NO BUTTER and CREAM CHEESE! Customer service and accuracy at this location has drastically decreased in the last few months!

It's 6pm and the doors are all locked up can't go in. As far as I'm concerned, that means your closed. Hours of operation should be changed. Not everybody has a car, I literally walked up to the door the same time somebody else did, that person had no car, kind of hard to use a drive though. Staff your place so you can actually keep it open.
