Had such a great experience this morning thanks to an employee named Mikey. His customer service was honestly refreshing — he was super attentive, upbeat, and genuinely eager to help, which you don’t always see in fast-food spots. He took my order with such a positive attitude that it made my whole morning. Dunkin’ needs more employees like him!

Almost two years ago I was a homeless man that would stand at the end of there drive through pick up change garbage whatever to make a buck but my name is Zach the staff showed deep concern and consideration for me being there every morning at 5am a few things changed my perspective on life one being I was sleeping outside in below 10 weather like outside in a abdoned vehicle little thought or concern for myself two years later the staff at Dublin still resonated in my mind every morning she’d say hey Zach grab those trash bags follow me to the dumpster they made sure I ate and the customers made sure I didn’t suffer as much as I shoulda been for that I’m forever grateful to Dublin staff at this location for showing the love they did to me thank you I’ll forever miss them there and the owner he was great I was the only one he’d allow to stand there why because I was curious I would not out rite ask for money people aren’t dumb if they see u there at 60@ am they kno u need help and I kept the parking lot clean a few police officers may have put there hands on me even though they asked me to walk away I did that and col still liked me up dragged me across to burger king then bout me breakfast weird scene but I played along but thank you I’m now super clean and sober yes obviously I was an active addict but we don’t have to live that way no more life is so much more beautiful on this side even if it gets hard nothing is harder then waking up. At 500 am to beat the next guy to the corner to sit in the cold and knowing there will be hell was good but when ur on that CRAP its not if u get the help its when because the choices we make for ourselves have equal and opposite reactions it’s how u choose to live please wake up before its too late late i love you all thank you soooo much if you do remember me im the guy that worn the black snow pants yes i was in seven layers of clothes again today i only wear one layer unless im snowmobiling again please understand your are loved beyond words i had almost a dozen near death experiences im not going to put myself I. The path of that no more never again will i

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not good because of the staff. The employee was unfriendly and showed attitude. I hope the management can focus more on training their staff to treat customers with respect, because good service is just as important as good food

We aren't from around here but walked in and there were only about 2 people waiting. We ordered and then all of a sudden about 10-15 people showed up. The staff seemed very overwhelmed and may have been new as well as they didn't seem super efficient. But they were friendly and handled the crowd to the best of their ability. We did order breakfast sandwiches that were good and donut holes. The donut holes seemed a little scale which was weird for a morning. But over all nothing made it so we wouldn't go back.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this Dunkin’ Donuts location has been disappointing every time I’ve visited. First of all, the drinks are just terrible. I’ve tried the iced coffee, hot coffee, and even their specialty drinks like the caramel swirl or the cold brew, and none of them taste right. Sometimes they’re way too sweet, other times they’re watered down, or just taste like old coffee. It feels like no one is following the recipe or checking if it’s actually good before handing it to you.
But what makes it worse is the staff. Almost every single time I go in, the workers look like they’re mad or annoyed. They don’t greet you, they don’t smile, and they act like you’re bothering them just by ordering something. I understand that working in food service can be hard and stressful, but it’s the same cold, rude attitude every day. It makes the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
There’s no energy in the place. No good music, no friendly service—just bad drinks and bad vibes. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances, thinking maybe they were just having a rough day, but it’s always the same. I’d rather go somewhere else and pay a little more just to get decent coffee and respectful service. Dunkin’ needs to do better, especially with customer service. I won’t be going back to this location again

Honestly, this Dunkin’ is disappointing. The drinks are always bad either too watery, too sweet, or they just taste off. I’ve tried giving it multiple chances, but it’s the same every time. On top of that, the people who work there always look angry or annoyed. It feels like they don’t want to be there, and they make you feel the same. No “hello,” no smile, just bad energy. I understand everyone has tough days, but this is every day. I won’t be coming back.
