Stopped by Dunkin’ and had a sandwich and a coffee. The coffee was good and I really enjoyed it, but the sandwich was just okay. The bread was burnt and black, which took away from the experience. That said, I still love Dunkin’ and the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Overall, a decent visit.

Had such a great experience this morning thanks to an employee named Mikey. His customer service was honestly refreshing — he was super attentive, upbeat, and genuinely eager to help, which you don’t always see in fast-food spots. He took my order with such a positive attitude that it made my whole morning. Dunkin’ needs more employees like him!
