Been going to this particular Dunkin since I started working at Destiny. These guys are pretty good. 15 out of 10 would gladly go there again.

Had a very bad experience by ordering thier Hot coffee at this location, especially at this ocation their coffee is very worst, everytime it's a worst coffee

Duncan coffee to me is the only coffee that I'll buy. I have it freshly ground every morning. It's my only coffee shop. Good food, coffee and service.
The line was quite long when I entered. I was apprehensive with the wait time, but they served everyone quickly, and I ordered within 5 minutes of entering the line. I then got my drink 3 minutes later. The service was quick, and the staff was kind. The area was quite clean and I would go there again easily for coffee.

The employee was yelling say why we are coming last minute! Do better. The manger was looking at him and us!

I came in with my family just eight minutes before closing, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While we were trying to make our selections, one of the staff members was openly cursing and making sure we could hear him complain to his coworkers about us arriving last-minute. The manager, a short woman with glasses, stood by watching us and clearly heard everything—but did nothing to address the disrespectful behavior.
As soon as we turned our backs, she rushed to close the gate, making it clear they didn’t want us there. If the store closes at 6:30, customers should be treated respectfully until 6:30—not made to feel unwelcome at 6:22.
To make things worse, the racks were still filled with donuts, and our kids were excited to get some. Instead, the staff chose to throw the donuts away rather than serve paying customers.
If the employees are this unhappy and unprofessional, the owners really need to take a closer look at what’s going on at this location. Very disappointing.

Salesman John was very professional and humble
staff was friendly but the coffee tasted like straight coffee grounds.

Got my food cold and burnt but the drink was great though. Had to go somewhere else for my daughter to eat though. 22$ for frozen burnt food is crazy

This must be the only Dunkin donuts that has ever made a decent cup of coffee. It does not taste burnt, watered down, or have that weird taste a lot of chains seem to have for some reason. I got a large hot with one cream and one sugar, the normal amount of cream and sugar makes it taste like sweetened milk.
The staff were pleasant and friendly.

I have very back and forth experiences at this Dunkin. The most recent time I went one of the workers said "I'm sending out the wrong thing, and if they come back and complain I don't care." None of the workers smiled or even tried to look like they care. There is one lady there that is super nice she's very tall with glasses but just overall unhappy with my most recent experiences

If I could give it zero stars, I would went there yesterday paid 547. I believe the total was it was five dollars. I do know that for a s’mores cold brew it was around 5 o’clock 530 around aboutThe lady behind the counter was just plain rude. The guy called out my name and told me that they had no more cold brew made, OK I understand so I wanted my money back but he wanted to give me an iced coffee instead I said OK that’s fine. Can I just have the difference the rude lady behind the Cash register said they could not give me a refund that I would have to come back tomorrow because there was no manager on shift as a former worker at Dunkin, I know they can in fact do a refund without a manager present as I was telling the young man what I wanted to drink, she proceeded to be rude and told me I could go Summers out. I’m not getting a refund the gentleman and I had our discussed what I was going to get to drink, he was great. I wish I didn’t but as for the young lady that was on the register, she was rude. *UPDATE* I called to speak to the manager. I talked to the shift lead who took my name and number told me the manager would call me if not to call her on my lunch at 12. It is now 1247. I have tried to call twice now after she told me somebody would answer the phone, nobody is answering the phone. Nobody has called me. Will not be going back to this establishment.
