Reviews are personal preferences, and I don't mean disrespect with my opinion. My husband and I had our anniversary dinner here and we were expecting a lot considering the other reviews and expense. The place was busy, and we understand that means a little extra of a wait. However, we felt the wait was too long even just for water to arrive at the table, for the waitress to return to take our order after showing us the menu, and for our entrees to arrive. The food was truly just ok for the price... we left disappointed and still hungry, after 1 appetizer and 2 entrees. The best part of the evening ended up being the amuse bouche. We skipped dessert, not wishing to extend the experience any longer. Just not the atmosphere or experience we look for when spending a night out.

My husband and I were excited to try Eden in Syracuse. The concept is great, the food was thoughtful, and our main server, Tyler, was excellent. Unfortunately, our evening was ruined by another staff member whose behavior was dismissive and rude. A spicy side item was not described as such, and when we asked about it, her response was patronizing. She later gave me unfriendly looks, dropped dessert on the table without a word, and when I asked what it was, replied in an annoyed tone, “Ugh, it's chocolate mousse.” Tyler did his best to make up for it, but the negative energy lingered. It is disappointing that a restaurant with such promise can have the entire guest experience undone by one hostile employee.

What a gem! Excellent food and service made our visit an amazing experience! Great service and attention from the hostess, to the bartender, server, and chefs. Everything we had was delicious and beautifully prepared, highlighting fresh, in season ingredients. Can't wait to come back on our next visit to Syracuse.

Food is always killer, love the atmosphere, drinks are great small plates are a great way to try a lot of things that you can't get everywhere.

This place has very special food. It was delicious. The small plates were a delicious surprise how are cooked and served. We loved the different beef cuts we have tried. And the desserts were magic flavors. Every thing was very well presented and cocktails and mocktails were fantastic. Service was incredible as well. Definitely no complains at all. This is a place to come back one and other time to taste the different menus and see beautiful plates on your table.

Great experience! Food, service, atmosphere! Our waiter was excellent, and yet the other staff didn't leave it only up to him, as other waitstaff checked in with us, as well, to ensure our happiness. Nice, locally sourced wine selection. The food was very fresh and the presentation was perfect. Nicely done!

A new place to visit for my brother that was coming out of town, Father's Day pre celebration and monthversary with hubby. Outstanding flavor as usual. You can't go wrong at this place! Makes any regular night into a special night!

The staff was very accommodating in updating the number of people in our party due to an emergency. We shared a 30oz ribeye that was cooked perfectly. The roasted mushrooms with the steak and the mushroom toast were a standout. The option to add bone marrow to the steak was great as well. Service was a bit slow and our appetizers arrived before our cocktails. If this had been more timely, I would have also enjoyed a glass of wine with the main course. Our table was nooked behind the stairs which felt a little awkward and cramped, would have preferred a more open table with a better view of the open flame/kitchen.
