Had a delicious pre-show dinner. And our waiter, Ben, was fabulous. That was a big contrast to the "gentleman", possibly the host, who took the party behind us even though we had reservations, walked that group through the middle of our party and sat them at the table Ben had set up for us. Ben handled everything very professionally. Our group, however, was stunned at the rudeness shown to Ben and to us, the customers, by this other employee. Fortunately, our food was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves.

We had dinner at eleven waters as part of downtown dining weeks. The restaurant is located on the ground level of the Marriott hotel. When we arrived, we walked through the hotel lobby and the bar to get to the main dining area, and were surprised to find it mostly empty, although it did fill in more throughout the evening. The interior was nice and we could hear music drifting in from the bar area. Their dining weeks menu had lots of delicious selections. The fried zucchini was elevated and some of the best I have ever had. I also tried some of my husband's Caesar salad which was very good. I had hoped to order a margarita off the cocktail menu but they were out, so I enjoyed a glass of their house Chardonnay instead. I noticed that their glassware was inconsistent- I saw 3 different styles of white wine glasses. I had the Scallops Gnocchi for my entree, and it was definitely something I would order again. The portions for entrees were a little smaller than most restaurants, but I later heard that they chose to serve slightly smaller portions for dining weeks. For dessert I had the cannolis, which had a perfect ricotta filling. They also gave us a coupon at the end of the meal for our next visit, which I appreciated.

Ugh, I so wanted this place to be great. Don't get me wrong, service was great, the staff was attentive and helpful. The space is beautiful with lots of big windows for natural light. And the location is clutch if you're staying at that hotel. But I have to warn you, don't get the lobster Benny. I was so excited to order it, had picked it from the menu before I even arrived. But you could smell it coming. I love seafood, but this smelled seafoody in a way you don't want it to smell. And maybe, maybe there was one piece of lobster claw. The rest was tiny little squiggly pieces of what I hoped was lobster meat. It was tough to eat, and for a really high price point. I hope the other options are better, but stay far away from the lobster benny.

First time visiting, easily reserved a table for two. Greeted as we entered and promptly whisked away to lovely window seat . Which was quite comfortable, all the tables were spaced apart in a way so you didn't feel crowded. The waiter brought us water and let us know what the soup of the day was and what wasn't available.which was nice. We ordered the Calamari and crab fritters both hot and delicious. For our main course I had the Salmon and the wife had the scallops again both hot and delicious. We had a bottle of wine with our dinner , our host was attentive and timing impeccable. We were impressed and now have a new/favorite place to dine .Almost forgot a jazz group was playing music to top off a wonderful dinner. Thank you eleven waters.

Waited 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive after complaining to manager. We saw tables around us with dirty dishes on them that still weren't cleared an hour later. Witnessed a couple sat at an uncleared table by the hostess and she was oblivious that she did that. We told the waiter who promptly took care of it. Salad arrived with no salad dressing. Complained to manager again who got salad dressing. Worst hospitality I have ever witnessed. Won't be back. Manager blamed Marriott's lack of support for more staff. But I did not see manager or hostess scurrying to clean tables to fill in gaps. Just oblivious there.

We found Eleven Waters in the Open Table app when looking for a place to enjoy dinner before a concert at the Landmark. The menu looked good, so we made a reservation. We were disappointed when we realized it was a hotel restaurant. However, we went in, were seated promptly at a nice window table and never really felt like we were in a hotel. Service was quick and friendly, even though our server had many tables and bar responsibilities. We ordered Greens and Beans at our servers recommendation and it was very good. We also enjoyed the Caesar Salad, Cajun Salmon and Chicken and pasta. We finished the meal with the cannolis. My husband found a new to him local craft beer that he enjoyed, and I'm always pleased to find Josh Cabernet on a menu. Our experience was excellent!

Unfortunately quite disappointed with our recent experience here. Went for Brunch on a Sunday, upon arrival exactly on time for our reservation we waited 10 minutes without a soul in sight at the front desk. Finally a busser saw us and said someone would be with us shortly, after standing another 3 min he politely sat us in a section, where we waited another 5 minutes for a server to finally show up with menus and water.Saw her one more time for coffee and the complete order since we’d had time up front to scan the menu. Mimosa and Bloody were decent but not outstanding, brunch was extremely disappointing. We ordered the shrimp gyoza which were very chewy and very fishy- a turn off even at lunch time. The chicken and waffles was just too sweet and bland- no salt or spice and the waffle was soggy under the chicken (like it wasn’t drained of grease before putting it on the waffle). Had to douse the chicken in Frank’s hot sauce to make it edible and left the waffle uneaten. The Huevos rancheros were just canned beans tossed into a crispy tortilla (both were cold by the time they got to us) with an egg on top. Home fries were the only good part of the dish.Waiter came back once with the check but never to check on if our food was good or refill coffee. Had some high hopes based on other reviews and the ambiance- but will never be back.

Food was pretty good and so was the service. Kind of expensive for what it is. We went during some wing competition so the restaurant was pretty crowded with people coming in and out

Having tried Oh My Darling for brunch which had a 1.5 hour wait due to the reservations they had we found ourselves at Eleven Waters. Malory provided excellent service. The Bloody Mary's were excellent. My Chicken and Waffle was good, and my wife's French Toast was very good. They did have a brunch buffet available. Would chose to go to Eleven Waters again for brunch.

Food was average at best with some strange sauces added. The sauces themselves were unidentifiable and inedible. Weird thing was that these 'sauces' came with dishes that everyone expects to have certain types of sauces with. For example, we had calamari and I had fish and chips. Most people would expect the calamari to come with a nice cocktail-type sauce. Nope, the calamari came with an unidentifiable green sauce of some type?? Then the fish and chips came, and I would think most people would expect that to come with some type of tartar sauce, perhaps some vinegar? Nope, it came with an unidentifiable purple sauce which did not go with the dish.

We went for Valentine’s Day. Portions were minuscule . We actually had fun laughing at the size of things brought to us. The actual entree was pretty good but again a small amount. Advertising for this event was misleading and not at all what we expected. For what it was it was terribly over priced. The staff and valet people were very nice though.Parking: Valet was nice and so parking was no issue

Had dinner here last mid-week. The atmosphere here is always nice. The place is always clean and orderly. Greeting staff is friendly and seating is almost always available. It was a two-man band playing in the bar area which was nice. The meal however, lacked the luster that I had anticipated. The menu was extremely sparse. I certainly wasn't looking for a three-page menu or anything but certainly would have liked to have at least one or two choices in different areas. Although the restaurant was empty,( I counted, there were 11 people sorted through three different tables) The service was turtle like. Our server, bless her heart, wasn't knowledgeable about the menu at all there was lots of guesswork involved even for the simplest questions. Overall though the meal was not horrendous and I liken that to the company I was in. We ordered a salmon dish and a filet with came with french fries, no alcohol and one appetizer. Bill was just north of $120 (not including 20% tip) which seemed a little high but, whatever lol. I'd give it another shot if I had a coupon.

We chose to have the $40 3 course menu advertised by Broadway in Syracuse prior to our show. We were pleasantly surprised that it included a glass of wine. The appetizer and main course offered a choice and were good. The dessert was listed as "specialty cookies". I think they were just prepared frozen chocolate chip cookies (like and Otis Spunkmeyer). They were nice and warm but not what we expected for "specialty". Our server was attentive. Not sure I would return, except for convenience for closeness to theater and ease of reservation.
