Ella Rae Tacos !!! Since the moment they arrived into Salt City Market they have been nothing but extra ordinary. From their incredible food to their pleasant and patient staff, they seriously have given Salt city market just what it needed. If I could give them 10/5 stars I would. Would recommend the chicken Quesadilla All day long!

The Birria Tacos were fresh, made with tender, juicy meat, bursting with rich, savory flavor. The tacos were served with delicious consommé - perfect for dipping or sipping. Also tried the elote cup, which was creamy and perfectly seasoned. Overall delicious, bold, and comforting street food done right!

Came to look around and ending up finding this place, the hot cheeto elote cup caught my eye. The owner was amazing and helpful and you could tell she put love and passion in her cooking. The hot Cheeto cup was delicious and can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu. Would recommend 💯.

I recently visited this place. I stood in front patiently for 15 mins. And everyone ignored me. I was going to get a meal but then from the customer service reduced that to 2 agua frescas. I was waiting then began to say excuse me to the cashier and other woman. I didn’t to be rude but they kept about doing what they were doing. They even started to fix the hot sauces. It took the cook to acknowledge if I wanted to order. He even cashed me out. The woman handed me my drink (Which was less flavorful than when I visit the year prior.), I said by have a nice day….she said nothing and looked at her phone. I was going to recommend this place to my coworkers but I think not. Maybe the staff was tired idk

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. I had ordered bean quesadillas, but after waiting for about 20 minutes, I was given beef instead. When I mentioned the mistake, the cook seemed frustrated — it appeared she was about to go on break and was unhappy that new orders were still coming in.
She did remake the quesadillas, but they were very messy and poorly prepared, likely rushed. I was disappointed with the overall experience, especially after the long wait and the mistake.
I hope this can be addressed to ensure a better experience in the future

Born and raised in California, my expectations were high for this place as I heard many great things. However, tacos were ok. The tacos and salsa both need more salt/flavor. Not to mention the cashier was so rude when I was ordering and she forgot to give me my side of rice and beans. I’ll be sticking to Olivos tacos. Thanks.

If you order tacos and are hungry, you better order at least 5 (unless you get full fast, then 2-3) as they are very small. Almost a mini taco, I would say. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos (3 of them) and was still hungry. They also are very light on flavor.
The Bean Fajita Quesadilla is very bland. Like not even close to the flavors of an actual Mexican quesadilla.
The coleslaw tasted NOTHING like a traditional coleslaw and is orange-ish looking.
