The drinks are really good and the rooftop is lovely! In general the vibes were nice. That being said, I ordered a Caesar salad and they only had plastic cutlery. Not only were some of the lettuce pieces too big and really hard to cut with a plastic knife, but my plastic fork shattered in my hand trying to stab a crouton. The prongs went everywhere , including my eyeball. I informed the hostess and they didn’t do anything about my experience or seem concerned. I couldn’t finish my salad (which was mid anyway) because there were plastic prongs in it. My friend who got a burger had a massive steak knife, I know you’re capable of silverware.

Emerald's speakeasy lounge was the perfect setting for our rehearsal dinner. The food and cocktails were great! The events team set everything up just as I imagined. I would highly recommend for your next event!

Came here for the first time to celebrate my friend’s birthday and had a terrible experience. The bartenders were rude, specifically the white blonde woman behind the bar who acted like serving us was an inconvenience. Her attitude was disgusting from the moment we went up to the bar. If you don’t want to deal with customers, you shouldn’t be in a service job. The food was overpriced and not worth it. We won’t be coming back.

I’d rather not. I’ll call and speak with a manager at a later date.

The food was mediocre. The charcuterie had salami, gouda and a nice hot/sweet pepper jam. The crustini was inedible. It tasted stale. My companion had cauliflower tacos she said they had a little spice to them but were basically tasteless. Truffle fries were outstanding. The cocktails were exceptional as was the service. We’ll go back and give it another shot. Maybe just cocktails nextime.

I love this spot. There's a rooftop lounge and bar with a great view of the city. LGBTQ friendly. The 2nd floor is like hanging out at your grandma's place. And there's a first floor speakeasy bar.

I love this place.

If you're looking for a unique rooftop experience in the area, I'd recommend checking out Emerald.

I came here the week they opened and have been here a few times.

I love how spacious Emerald is with its three level bar. The bar on the first floor is more of a typical bar. The second floor has smaller rooms with couches, where you can relax with friends. The third level is an outdoor space with multiple bars, couches and bar seating.

This is a great space. It would be an incredible place for a party of gathering.

I'm looking forward to stopping back soon to try more of their drinks.

Roof top on a beautiful day is totally worth it. And they offer Mocktails which is great for those who are alcohol free!

What a great experience, visiting from out of town and Brad was an excellent server. Highly recommend the roof top lounge.

No real vegan options anymore. Omni food was decent. Service was mediocre. Place was dead when we got there but service was not very fast or attentive. The roof top was fun. Next time just going for drinks on the roof.

Visited Syracuse Wednesday and I decided to stop in for a drink. I was impressed with the vibe of the speakeasy, the dark dim lit setting with three different floors, I could almost get lost. The male bartender was knowledgeable on drinks. I didn’t see any on the specialty list that I liked so he suggested the “Emerson.” It was good! He really pushed us to go up to the roof, I was adamant at first because it was raining, but the view was absolutely spectacular. I’ll be back in the summer

The staff was a little too friendly to our teenage daughters, to the point of making them feel uncomfortable.
