My friend wanted to try this place out and I had been wanting to go, so we tried it tonight and it was the best choice.

If you read thru the reviews, its clear anyone who left a negative review had never been happy at most places they reviewed.

Food, was flavor filled and fresh
Service, SIMPLY DEVINE- Johnny is friendly sweet and attentive to everyone in the room.

Atmosphere, sure we didn't get the full feel cause its winter and only the down stairs was opened but I plan to stop back!

Thank you for for being a spot for everyone.

I wish parking was easier but worth finding a spot for sure!

I reserved an igloo for a Saturday night and everything was perfect. We were greeted warmly and there was hardly a wait before a friend and I were shown to our igloo. Communication prior to the night over email was great - we pre-ordered and everything was brought to us once we were settled. The food was great. Highly recommend the hot chocolate carafe with Bailey's! After we went to the speakeasy for a few more drinks to end a lovely evening. Will be back!

i am writing this from a state of utter disbelief. i went for a drink at the speakeasy and let me TELL YOU, it was horrible. ppl (if ur reading this u know who u are) WERE SCREAMING AND FALLING ONTO MY TABLE-listen, i’ve been drunk plenty of times and i don’t blame him. but the LEAST that could’ve been done is an apology from at least one of the 9 people he was with or a staff member. nothing. i was having fun until things went south. won’t come back. -mark

Cute date night spot. Good vibes. 🤍 Delicious expresso martini and hot toddy. Friendly service. The rooftop is adorable.

The drinks are really good and the rooftop is lovely! In general the vibes were nice. That being said, I ordered a Caesar salad and they only had plastic cutlery. Not only were some of the lettuce pieces too big and really hard to cut with a plastic knife, but my plastic fork shattered in my hand trying to stab a crouton. The prongs went everywhere , including my eyeball. I informed the hostess and they didn’t do anything about my experience or seem concerned. I couldn’t finish my salad (which was mid anyway) because there were plastic prongs in it. My friend who got a burger had a massive steak knife, I know you’re capable of silverware.

Emerald's speakeasy lounge was the perfect setting for our rehearsal dinner. The food and cocktails were great! The events team set everything up just as I imagined. I would highly recommend for your next event!

Came here for the first time to celebrate my friend’s birthday and had a terrible experience. The bartenders were rude, specifically the white blonde woman behind the bar who acted like serving us was an inconvenience. Her attitude was disgusting from the moment we went up to the bar. If you don’t want to deal with customers, you shouldn’t be in a service job. The food was overpriced and not worth it. We won’t be coming back.

I’d rather not. I’ll call and speak with a manager at a later date.

The food was mediocre. The charcuterie had salami, gouda and a nice hot/sweet pepper jam. The crustini was inedible. It tasted stale. My companion had cauliflower tacos she said they had a little spice to them but were basically tasteless. Truffle fries were outstanding. The cocktails were exceptional as was the service. We’ll go back and give it another shot. Maybe just cocktails nextime.

I love this spot. There's a rooftop lounge and bar with a great view of the city. LGBTQ friendly. The 2nd floor is like hanging out at your grandma's place. And there's a first floor speakeasy bar.
