I usually bake my own stuff since I like things a certain way, but I will always go for Fatcat's treats. They make lemon basil scones for Sky Top cafe in Manlius and i LOVE them! Sometimes, they look and taste a bit different, but they are always delicious. I especially love that they are a mix of savory and sweet, as I don't like very sweet scones. Their poptarts are delicious too, though more indulgent. I just wish I could try more of what they make, but I'm sure it is easier to grab their goodies more towards Syracuse.

Some of the best baked goods in Syracuse, that are also vegan! Bonus: Megan and Alex are super friendly cool people that are really involved in the community. If you see Fatcat at an event make sure you grab some goodies before they sell out. Pop tarts and Linzer cookies are my personal fav:) The gluten free choc chip cookies are also pure magic.

They also help and contribute to their community, and even do introductory cooking classes in the area!
They are just absolutely wonderful small time bakers and any dollar spent here is ensuring syracuse has delicious pastries

Always love grabbing a pie at the Regional Farmers market, at an event on the street, the Lime building, and their various pop-ups, like @peakscoffee. Tasty, a never know it’s vegan kinda food, cupcakes, toaster pastries, chocolate macaroons, and of course love to support great people.
