I’ve greatly enjoyed all the goodies I’ve had from this place. Also, in my opinion Megan makes the best vegan frosting around. You can find their treats at several coffee shops, and many local events. Ordering and pickup is easy too.
We ordered a small number of maple cream cupcakes and GF chocolate chip cookies for our wedding guests with dietary concerns and it was a huge hit! Our vegan and GF guests were so impressed with both taste and decoration, and our non-vegan guests couldn’t even tell the difference. Fatcat Baking makes some of the best vegan desserts in Syracuse. They don't have a store front, but you can buy their products at Strong Hearts, Salt City Coffee, and several other places (their website lists their wholesale locations). I also appreciate how their sugar isn't refined with bone char. Even if you're not vegan, you won't regret trying their food.
