I came here for the first time and ordered a large brown sugar boba, as seen in the picture below — 10/10 would order again :) They also have a diverse boba menu with unique flavors that I look forward to trying.

Wayyy too slow with preparing delivery and pickup orders on-time.Twice as long to make a bubble tea as it does most restaurants to make multiple orders of food.Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 6 years.

Decent cozy place for 2-3 girl's talk with classic boba tea. Nothing fancy but it's a regular tea house. Crowd is pretty much in and out to grab some milk tea. Bbq pork rice is not clay pot but it's prepackaged and simply heat it up. It's nice.
