Disappointed and Not Worth the Price
We recently visited this ice cream shop with a group of 7 people and ended up spending $40 — and that was just for small-sized cones! We were expecting a fun treat, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown from start to finish. The soft-serve ice cream had a strange, icy texture — more like a popsicle than actual soft serve. There was absolutely no creaminess or flavor to it. It honestly felt like we were eating frozen air. Their excuse was it’s probably the air in the machine 🫤 Sizes have been going down and prices up. For the price, we expected better quality and flavor. Sadly, it didn’t even come close. Definitely not a place we’ll be returning to or recommending to others. There are plenty of other spots that actually serve real, flavorful ice cream — this just isn’t one of them.

Brought our grandsons here for a birthday treat. Tons of exciting flavors to choose from. Customer service was excellent. Nice little sitting area. We will definitely be back!!

We love FiFi’s! The little Debbie flurries are AMAZING! You can pick from a zillion different ice creams. We grub hub it and it’s packed well and arrives perfect.
