The coffee was great but they gave me a cup with scolding hot coffee, with a lid that didnt even close. So i burnt my hand pretty bad but its cool i guess.

I decided last minute I needed some growlers of cold brew for my friends bridal party so I called and asked if they would be able to do this for me. They only had one left but called another store to get one for me! They provided cups, lids and straws and even offered to help my husband bring them out to the car when he showed up with our daughter for pick up. Their customer service was exceptional, they were so helpful and the coffee was delicious. I will be ordering again soon and am very appreciative! Thank youuuu

I was really looking forward to trying Finger Lake Cafe based on a friend recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The cafe was supposed to open at 10 AM — I arrived around 11, and it was still closed with no signage or explanation. After waiting, the staff finally opened the doors, but instead of a warm welcome, I was met with a rude attitude. One of the ladies was yelling and clearly rushing to take orders, which made the environment uncomfortable and stressful.

I ordered a caramel iced latte, which cost $8 — not cheap — and honestly, it wasn’t worth the wait or the unpleasant service. The drink was average at best, and definitely didn’t justify the price or the experience.

The coffee beans themselves are wonderful, the problem is that I made a special trip tom come out of my way to get my coffee here and they were in there just not opening until 11:30a, they are supposed to be open at 10a. I now no longer have time before my appointment to stop for coffee.

Horrible customer service, when I walked in they said nothing and after I said hello they still said nothing and stared at me, it was very uncomfortable. Steer clear of this place

It’s a mall coffee shop, you aren’t coming here because it’s easy to drop in. That being said, the coffee is hot and hits the spot occasionally. This last stop, however, wasn’t the greatest experience. (#1) I ordered a muffin that clearly didn’t have any “nuts” in its name. When I bit into the muffin, I was surprised and didn’t finish. I’m not deathly allergic, but I do have serious reactions, depending on the type of but. (#2) my wife stopped in before closing and got her coffee. As she was walking away, she overheard the baristas talking about how dirty the coffee machine was. She promptly threw her coffee away because that statement doesn’t need to be qualified, or stated when customers are present. Do better, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters

I recently visited Destiny USA and stumbled upon Finger Lakes Coffee Company, their selection of coffee flavors is truly amazing.
Their most popular flavor, Jamaican Me Crazy, a blend of cinnamon, pecan, and rum, got me hooked instantly. I bought a couple of bags in-store and just ordered more online. I also picked up some Amaretto, which smelled incredible, and I’m looking forward to trying that as well.
Whether you're in the area or not, I highly recommend checking out Finger Lakes Coffee Company, either by stopping into their store or ordering online!

Based on other recent reviews, I believe that today must’ve just been a particularly bad day, but the service was really disappointing. The person on register was cold and short. We ordered an americano iced and they made it hot on accident and when we corrected them they went to just pour the whole hot coffee over ice. I asked for it to be remade (there’s a big quality difference when you’re pouring a hot shot into cold ice water and pouring a whole cup of hot coffee into ice.) No apologies which is fine, but we remained friendly and they were just shut down and unresponsive.

Stopped to have a quick pick me up. The espresso was on point, the hot chocolate was perfect for my daughter.
