This place has since come under new ownership and you can tell the difference! You’re greeted with a smiling face & a ‘welcome to firehouse subs’ upon entering. I ordered the Steak & Cheese sub which was incredible! Cooked perfectly & had the perfect meat/cheese/veggie ratio. And let’s not forget to mention, it was enormous! The atmosphere is casual & sit down friendly although I got my order to go which came out super quick! Will definitely be back! 10/10

PS-did not get a chance to take a picture before digging in, it looked and smelt too good!

Wonderful experience! Delicious, nutritious food made in a reasonable amount of time. A clean, neat store and friendly employees. Plenty of seating and a convenient location. A good variety of options. Highly recommended!

Amazing new owner!! He was right in there with his staff helping to make a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They seemed pretty happy to be working along side their boss. The subs we chose were so good and fresh. This is the perfect place to check out when you don’t want to cook. Eat in or take out!! Easy peasy!!

Dirty inside and tables. Manager was rude when I asked a question. Subs were very sloppy. Use to rave to friends but not anymore!!!

Longest wait for a cold sub of my entire life. Almost 30 minutes for one sub while two workers stock the chip bags up front.

I asked for a refund after finding out the staff hadn't even started my sandwich after all of my waiting. It was put in wrong and when I asked for a refund I was given problems and the system would not work. The cashier Dan attempted to hand me $20 from his wallet and asked if I had $2 on me (I paid $17 and change and rounded up to $18 to donate to their mission). Totally inappropriate.

I ordered food via the website and drove to the store to pick it up. There was a handwritten note on the door that said they were closed and that online orders would be refunded. I patiently waited a week or so with no refund. I reached out to corporate customer service and the best they would do was reach out to a local manager, because it is a franchise. No one called me back at all. I called the local restaurant to see if anyone there could help me and both people I spoke with were less than helpful and the call was disconnected. I will not return and will advise others to not order from there as well.
