Dirty inside and tables. Manager was rude when I asked a question. Subs were very sloppy. Use to rave to friends but not anymore!!!

Longest wait for a cold sub of my entire life. Almost 30 minutes for one sub while two workers stock the chip bags up front.

I asked for a refund after finding out the staff hadn't even started my sandwich after all of my waiting. It was put in wrong and when I asked for a refund I was given problems and the system would not work. The cashier Dan attempted to hand me $20 from his wallet and asked if I had $2 on me (I paid $17 and change and rounded up to $18 to donate to their mission). Totally inappropriate.

I ordered food via the website and drove to the store to pick it up. There was a handwritten note on the door that said they were closed and that online orders would be refunded. I patiently waited a week or so with no refund. I reached out to corporate customer service and the best they would do was reach out to a local manager, because it is a franchise. No one called me back at all. I called the local restaurant to see if anyone there could help me and both people I spoke with were less than helpful and the call was disconnected. I will not return and will advise others to not order from there as well.

Slowest food place around I was the 42 minutes waiting for food ,and 2 people that walked in after me got theirs first, food was ok but service and staff are horrendous, 100% don't recommend

So gross. I went in there 4-5 months ago and the lady that was about to make my food went from using a mop bucket to about make my food. I walked out no food. Tried again first time since and the lady had a scab she scratched actively bleeding on her cheek. I walked out again. Get better cleanliness practices.

Have had ok experiences in the past. However tonight was not good. I went in at 654pm . Apparently they close at 7 . They were not shy about letting me know that. I offered to go somewhere else and they said don’t worry about it. I ordered an easy sub but the toppings were not made properly and it was a cheese sub and it was supposed to have 2 different kinds. There was one very thin slice of each . If there food and service is like this I can see why they don’t have the business to stay open late. I want to like this place however I will not be back

The food is great and the staff is even better! Very kind and friendly! My son loved it. When he dropped his chips on the floor, they gave him a new bag free of charge. Definitely recommend! 10/10

Do you want to wait 30 minutes after estimated pick up time ? Come to firehouse where the staff are absolutely clueless and make your food as slowly as possible, almost out of spite that you dare attempt pre-ordering your meal. The sandwiches are always fantastic. I just don't have time for this place anymore.
