The food is great and the staff is even better! Very kind and friendly! My son loved it. When he dropped his chips on the floor, they gave him a new bag free of charge. Definitely recommend! 10/10
Do you want to wait 30 minutes after estimated pick up time ? Come to firehouse where the staff are absolutely clueless and make your food as slowly as possible, almost out of spite that you dare attempt pre-ordering your meal. The sandwiches are always fantastic. I just don't have time for this place anymore.
Such friendly staff, absolutely incredible service. North syracuse, NY location on 02/20/2025@approx. 2pm-3pm. Three individuals working and they provided the best customer service I've ever received.
