So I used to work here, and I have no issue with Five Guys, however I do have an issue with Managers telling employees not to help me because I didn’t saying anything walking in, or I used to work there this that and the third. A little background, I had to use the bathroom really bad and was rushing I only saw one person on the floor and she could’ve very well said something, but I couldn’t hear her because I was rushing (and I can understand that being represented as me being rude) so I can understand if she felt a way, but I had to go and she was speaking low(which is okay) I couldn’t really hear fully, when I came out I was patiently waiting to be helped and the manager (who I used to work with) decided to tell her employees not to help me in front of my face while I am making eye contact with the employee who is being directed not to assist me. And they did in fact make me wait and helped everyone else first(even though I was there first) All the while I’m waiting for an DoorDash order for a customer who actually ordered from the place. So now I know why orders take long now, and after all of that the customer canceled due to having to wait for a long period of time and essentially told me to have it. I ended up getting a free order, so thank you Haley for the lovely suggestion you gave today it really worked out for me.

Great place to get a bite to eat with family or friends. Service from Employees/Staff was great & the food is great but a little pricey. Great atmosphere to be around at Syracuse University.

Took food to go. It was hot and fresh. Friendly service.
Our first dasher stole our food, sad for us. We put in the same order and the people working must have noticed. They added a TON of extra fries, and an extra patty on each of our burgers. They didn't have to, nor were they asked to. Thank you!
