Went there for my daughter's birthday dinner. Had reservations. Was seated immediately. Was a bit of a wait for drinks but place was crowded even for a Monday at 7:30pm. Food was delicious. Upcharge $4.99 for Ceasars salad but was told about uncharted when ordering. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Dinner with drinks, dessert and 20% tip for 3 was just over $200.

Upscale. Intimate setting. The salmon Broccolini was absolutely amazing! If you need a solid drink the bartender Allison was amazing. She recommended the G4 tequila. And it’s a must have on my at home bar now . Allison even held my hand during my HORRIBLE DATING EXPERIENCE…. (The guys GIRLFRIEND showed up) 😬

Second time at Francesca’s Cucina while I am on business in Syracuse and some of the best Italian food I have ever had; highly recommend
Went there tonight for my sons birthday dinner . i can't say enough we got seated fast , waitress was spot on with the menu and explained all the specials to a T . we ordered 5 out of the 6 specials and i never had food i didn't have to salt & pepper the dishes we had . first time and for us my son has eaten there numerous times and picked a great place for dinner . thank's for a wonderful evening

The hostess was visibly upset with me because I picked up my pick up order off of the pick up shelf without showing her my phone first because her station was unmanned and there’s no reason for me to stick around and wait for somebody’s permission to pick up my order that was already paid for. The last time I came to this location for a pick up order it came out 45 minutes late, I hate this place so much
