The patio was the perfect spot for my son and daughter in laws wedding reception on Sunday. They chose Francesca’s because they wanted wonderful food, but the staff, the beautiful patio and the whole vibe was incredible. What a great place to party!!

The food was delicious, the service was horrid. My husband and I went out to dinner here at Francesca’s. Everytime we go, the ladies at the host stand are always so snarky and dress very unprofessionally. The last time we were here, we had a terrible experience waiting for our table for an hour, and I had asked to speak to the manager, and the lady said “oh you’re speaking to her” with an attitude, and continued to say that an hour wait is normal in any restaurant… which is not true. Any restaurant I’ve gone to the wait is no longer than 30 minutes MAX. seems like she doesn’t know much about managing a restaurant. This girl was dressed in a skimpy short dress and kept touching her nose with the palm of her hand. I was grossed out because she wanted to shake my hand and I declined. I don’t know how such a beautiful restaurant has such terrible and unprofessional management. The owner needs better for this place.

Wonderful experience, and great food! My friend and I started off with the fried calamari, and the dipping sauce options were amazing. I opted for the Braised Beef Pappardelle Pasta special and my friend got the Seafood Riggies. Both were extremely flavorful and filling. We ended with the Chocolate Cake. Which was delicious. Overall, the service was great, definitely going back. It’s definitely a place that’s worth visiting again and again.

If you want perfect Italian then this place is amazing! However, don’t bother making a reservation as they have a horrible time sticking to them. While accustomed to waiting a few additional minutes after a reservation time, my party of four had to wait 40 minutes after our scheduled time. The waiting area is small as is and we were not told about the fire pit until right before our table was ready so we were waiting out in the cold. Our food was spectacular and our waitress was phenomenal, the issue is the hostesses. They need additional training as they were not welcoming nor gave us any indication upon arrival the wait would be so long which is common courtesy. Meanwhile people were walking in and able to sit at the bar. Which is why my recommendation is to just go sit at the bar.

PANDEMIC UPDATE: During the height of the pandemic, when health officials were strongly advocating the wearing of masks in public to prevent the spread of this life-threatening virus, we visited this restaurant. When I noticed that 10 out of their 12 employees were not wearing masks, I pointed this out to the manager. She said if I didn't feel comfortable, I should leave. This lack of concern for the health of her customers makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. We haven't been back since. This is a loss because we always enjoyed the food here.

Visiting from out of town and I have to tell you this place was fabulous! Blown away by the exceptional service from Celeste and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back!
It used to be one of my favorite places. I can overlook the busy wait staff but what's with the fake Parmesan they send out already on the dishes? It doesn't even melt. Confused on the vibe, club music in the dining room? Would recommend for after work drinks only.
