Syracuse’s best Italian restaurant. Be ready for huge portions. Reserve early.

Sara was very attentive

Vibe was nice (a bit loud in back room) but food was a bit disappointing. Medium rare steak didn’t seem to be cooked properly and overall lacked flavor. Salmon/Fettuccine dish was good, not great. Overall feel like there are better options in the area

Descent food but pretty pricey. Hard to hear conversations cause the place is pretty loud. Excellent service.

One of the best places to eat in Syracuse. We love this location and their sister restaurant in Liverpool. They’re both a home-run every time. Food, ambiance, and service is amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more !

Just left Francesca’s Cucina totally disappointed. I use. To love going here for great food. Apparently they felt change was necessary in pricing and quality. Prices went up and food prep has gone downhill. Chicken Riggies were horrible. Raw peppers and cut in long strips. The sauce was discussing. Didn’t taste anything like in the past. Wife ordered a Parmesan sub and was also disappointed. How do you mess that up? Of course, change the sauce. If there is a new owner, they have ruined a once great food establishment. If the same owner, they really screwed up this time. Pretty sure we are a never return customer now.

Everything was VERY good. Only issue I had was that the chicken portion of my chicken francaise was super eggy tasting, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to taste like that or not. The francaise sauce was delicious and the calamari was phenomenal

Hands down the best dinner I've had in my entire life, from soup to nuts. The wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not over bearing. The food was delicious as well as the cocktails! My friends and I are still talking about it!! Cant wait to come back!

Overall, the food was good but I think the service / atmosphere could use some tweaking.
Chicken MVP plate was very large and was nicely prepared, but I think the prices are a little high considering all aspects of the restaurant. It’s bustling and busy almost all the time for dinner hours. The hostess was missing from their station for 10-15 minutes after we got the text that our table was ready for our reservation. For somewhere that charges per person on a reservation for people who don’t show up, I would think they would have a more attentive and timely hostess. The bartenders were not super friendly or welcoming, four standard drinks cost me about $80 at the bar while we waited for our table that, again, we had a reservation for. Once we got to our table, the waitress was much more friendly and accommodating. The food came out efficiently and was hot and as described on the menu.

Table service very good! Food good and atmosphere too loud and to crowded.
Had to do the Francesca schuffle to walk in because people hanging out around the front door and right inside.
Not a good way to start a dinner experience.
Suggest the owner go under cover so he can experience the crowd and loud music and chatter and penalty box wait before being sested with a reservation. Bad acoustics and bad spacing.
Please add table class by adding olive oil, grated cheese, salt and peper to your table setting!
Also upgrade the ball candle jars to something a little more classic.
Felt like everything was just mass production for the masses!
Too many other better restaurants to try .
Was disappointed overall, Wont be back.

The patio was the perfect spot for my son and daughter in laws wedding reception on Sunday. They chose Francesca’s because they wanted wonderful food, but the staff, the beautiful patio and the whole vibe was incredible. What a great place to party!!
