Sadly, I haven't been there in person yet, hoping to visit soon! I've ordered delivery many times and their corn dogs, mochi donuts and bubble tea always hit the spot! All the textures are so perfect and everything is so fresh!

asked for a simple drink, it took them 10 minutes to make. while they were making it they left the top off and left it near the sink, where they proceeded to wash dirty dishes and get dishwater in the drink. they then tried to serve me the drink with dishwater in it even though I asked for a new one without dishwater in it. got a refund

As an Asian American who's lived in Syracuse for almost a decade, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Gong Cha had opened up shop here. It's a well-known international bubble tea chain, and having it right in Armory Square is a real treat. The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown, making it a convenient spot to grab a drink while out and about. It's a nice addition to the area. The bubble tea here is pretty solid. They offer a variety of flavors, and you have the option to customize your drink, which is always a plus. The quality is consistent, and the tapioca pearls have just the right chewiness. It's nice to have a taste of something familiar, especially for those of us who grew up with these flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially if you're not sure what to order. They're quick to offer suggestions without being pushy, which makes for a comfortable experience.Overall, Gong Cha is a nice spot to check out if you're in the mood for bubble tea. It's not over-the-top, just a good place to enjoy a drink in the city. Definitely worth a visit if you're around Armory Square. ??

I ordered takeout/delivery from here tonight, and it was fab! For dinner I did the Korean corn dog mozzarella style. I actually tried two different versions, the potato and the hot cheetos. Both were delicious. Perfectly crispy outside (the potato came with a super spicy dipping sauce), and soft and melty inside. Honestly I didn't know how the cheese would hold up on the car trip, but it was still warm, had pull and was super satisfying all around. The Hot Cheetos version was so tangy and really added a zest and kick. Technically I think these menu items were from Mochinuts which is next door/attached, but I was able to order from both simultaneously through the delivery platform. I also got a gingerbread milk tea, which was super sugary and tasty. I would definitely swing in here if I was downtown and strolling through Armory Square!

Staff aren’t good with naturally making sure their customers are satisfied. The guy must have misunderstood what I wanted when ordering and made it wrong which was no problem until I tried to tell him it’s not what I was looking for. He said well that’s what u asked for. Very unnecessary when all he had to say was I can remake it which I had to ask. Other than the bad customer service the drinks were just not good the milk slush watery and very sweet and the MILK tea bland. I’ll stick to kung fu tea

Giving 5 stars over all despite my more detailed ratings. I went for a potato corn dog, and it was fresh and hit the spot.I have been hoping for a place that does the fried corn dogs with cheese/potato in this area for years. I was so pleased when I saw the little corn dog neon in the window. The food was tasty and fresh! The donuts were good when you get them but are not so great later as they sit out so plan to get what you can eat right then rather than saving them for a snack for later. There was a little confusion with my order but no they offered to fix it. Staff seemed a little distracted and not super friendly however I know openings are super stressful so I get it.Overall a great addition to downtown Syracuse in a shockingly good location. Wish I took some photos, I’ll do that next time when I visit and try some of the drinks!

I buy the milktea 3 times and it have no syrup. The shop looks down on customers. Bought 3 times and had problems with sweetness. The last time I bought 3 cups of 100% sweetness. But 1 cup has no sugar, 1 cup is too sweet, 1 cup is drinkable. I don't know if the staff has any problems?

We were so excited to try this place. I got a black tea latte and it was extremely watery. Also, they charged me 75 cents extra for milk!? What? It's a tea LATTE, how in the world would you charge extra for MILK? My Vietnamese boyfriend got the lychee slush and said it was 90% water. Donuts were good- but definitely a strange place. $16 for two watery drinks was certainly a bit steep as well.

Such a great place! I go to lots of tea spots. And this is the best one I've found! I ordered the brown sugar milk tea. It was great! I ordered light sugar. I loved it! I can't wait to come back and try other options.
