Amazing Experience at Guadalajara!

I had a fantastic time at Guadalajara! The food was excellent — hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything was served promptly and perfectly prepared. The drinks were just as impressive — refreshing, well-balanced, and exactly what we needed to complement the meal.

Our waiter, Kai was outstanding! Attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He made great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service overall was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious food, amazing drinks, and exceptional.

I am a former chef from Guadalajara, I only lasted a month in that place because I had a family mishap and I had to return to Indiana to resolve...

I just want to affirm that there in Guadalajara only top quality food is prepared with the strictest and impeccable hygiene that I have ever seen in any other restaurant, everything is very well supervised from temperatures, original and traditional 100% Mexican recipes, it is taken care of even the smallest detail so that the dish arrives at your tables exactly as it appears in the photo of the menu. The prices are well worth it, since they are cooked with the heart..

I’ve been eating at this establishment for the past three years and they are hands down the best Mexican food in town. Support local by giving this place a try. You really can’t go wrong with any plate but I particularly love their birria tacos and tortas. My husband loves their carnitas and my best friend loves the fajita quesadilla. Service is always great and everyone is caring. Whenever my family or friends visit town, this is where we take them.
