Hot Peppers Mexican Grill

Good food. I went with my friend to enjoy some shopping and stop by here. we ate and the food was pretty good despite I ordered a burger and ordered medium well but it came like less than medium Well, that’s the only thing I didn’t like. order in a slice of cheesecake and it was pretty good.

Was craving a takeout chopped salad, a slice of cheesecake with a raspberry lemonade and that's exactly what I got! Love it when a plan comes together!

Able to make reservation for 4, 24 hr ahead on Yelp. Celebrating adopted daughter's arrival date 40 yrs ago. Great wine to start, Apps of Lettuce wrap tacos, dynamite shrimp and avocado Eggrolls all very good.t. Entrees of Grilled steak medallions (440 cal), Steak Madiera and Steak Diane combo, and Chicken marsala w mushrooms all very good! Pineapple upside down cheesecake great!! Our server Seana was fantastic, attentive to all our desires.

Service was Slow paced. Lady Server w/ dark hair pulled back..NEEDS to Smile, Very Brusque, does Not Appear friendly. Mashed potatoes Cold. Salmon and Steak Diane good. Asparagus touch. lukewarm Bacon bacon Hamburger not very flavorful, did not care for it. Wished French fries could have been cooked to deep golden brown. No color. Were served Hot. Georgia Peach and Mai Tai from Bar. Excellent...again service to get Super Sliw...Seems like Plenty of staff was there. Very Long Wait to get Cheesecakes...was Ready to Leave without them..it took sooo Long. Bathrooms Very Difficult to get to and even Harder to get Into with wheelchair/ walker..twisty turn, super narrow paths to Bathroom. Doors Too Heavy to Open by self from w/ chair and even walker.. Outside Door Needs to be Made Handicap accessible with wall push buttons to operate/ open doors. . Please Consider FIXING. Space in ALL bathrooms Too Small, very tight, cramped stalls,, toilets and urinals Too Low to Floor.. Do Not Like Sink area at All. And No Handicap Parking at All...isn't this a State Law????? It IS a Stste Law in Mass, Conn, VT, NH and Maine where we usually travel to. Just wondering?? IF Not...could You Please Put Some In. Thank you.

Everything was so delicious and the staff was wonderful… but I found $8 for a kids smoothie to be a bit excessive, even for the CF.

we got a burger with shredded cheese in a pile on top cold as it had been refrigeratored right up to burger. still ice cold when presented to us. our flat bread pizza was ice cold. server offered to take it and warm it up but you send back food stuff gets done to it so we declined as I'd rather not eat spit or whatever else they do to food with customers who complain. what's worse is they didn't offer to make it right and the server tried to ignore us after he sent cold food to our table. they also are out of many items likely some covid related but it isn't on the menu and they don't warn you so you think you are ordering one thing and then you have to change your mind at last second. this place used to have great service. it's lacking seriously.

I’ve been going there for about 2 years now and I love them ! And the workers are so nice and really remember there customers ❤️ the awesome!!! Food is GREAT !!

Food is average, cheese cakes are very good. But its very crowded especially in this covid times. Service is good and friendly.

I ordered catering from Hot Peppers and it was a hit with everyone! Every single person asked where I got the food from and everyone wants to order from Hot Peppers for their parties! The service was amazing. All the food was securely packed inside quality aluminum trays and containers. They even gave me a plastic crate to make sure nothing spills. They placed a plastic garbage bag in the trunk, to make sure the car is protected if any spills happen. The food was extremely fresh and hot! Despite the fact that I was an hour late for pick up! I was truly impressed by Hot Peppers and their incredible catering service. This will be my Go-To for Halal Mexican Catering! Thank you for the amazing food and freshness of every item! Every single person at my party was very impressed, and most are hard to please. So thats a huge win, in my opinion.

My daughter picked spaghetti and meat balls from the children’s menu. The portion was huge. My son had chicken tenders and fries - he said the chicken was one of the best he’s had. I had a salad. Again, large portions. I was told dressing came on the side. However it was on the salad - so couldn’t be saved for later - it became mush. What a waste of food. We were there for lunch. Took cheesecake to go. Staff was friendly. It was busy, fairly loud. Overall the food was good. Was expensive for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The food was absolutely Amazing the best fast casual Mexican food period!!!

We have been in other Cheesecake Factory locations, and have never been disappointed. An early dinner here was a very good experience. A bit of a hassle getting inside. They actually have you wait outside the door while you are waiting for a table. A little awkward since there is no real sitting area and hardly a standing area, but we were seated shortly, so not a big problem. Our server attended us promptly, and our drinks were generous! We shared a Thai Grilled Avocado Lettuce Wrap appetize. Quite unique whereby you kind of made your own wrap from a piece of lettuce with the variety of ingredients and sauces. Really enjoyed that, and I would order that again! For our main course my wife had the Thai Coconut Lime Chicken, and I had the Jamaican Pepper Shrimp. They were excellent, and like most every dinner the portions are very generous. Service was good, and we enjoyed it so much we came back the next day for lunch! We have never had a bad experience at this chain!

Right off the bat our waiter (John) was amazing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I would recommend John if you are going in for a visit. He was right on point bringing water and warm bread. Unfortunately after that, everything was very... very slow, from drinks from the bar, to getting our dinner, and our cheesecake to go. I felt bad for John, as none of it was his fault. The manager swooped in to try and save the experience, and did what he could to make it right. Due to John & his manager, I feel comfortable rating the experience a 4. We have dined at this location previously with no problems, and will eat here again.

From the service to the food Cheesecake Factory never lets you down. Make reservations ahead of time or wait 1.5 hrs or more for supper. Also if you can ask for a terrace tables it’s open to the mall but elevated from the main floor. Less noisey.
