The floors are very creaky to the point of annoying late at night, but it was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

My wife and I loved staying here. The gated off-street parking, the helpful staff, the easily walkable places to eat, the really interesting interior architecture, the quiet end-of-the-hall room we occupied, the cafe/bar in the lobby...all of it was really perfect for our visit.Rooms: Interesting architecture and comfortable bed!

Hotel room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had nice pressure and hot water. The wifi worked well. The hotel itself look like it should be in a magazine. It’s very cute.

Hotel needs a refresh, and staff need trainingNoteworthy details: Staff seem either poorly trained or severely lacking in motivation…or both

Straight when I walked into the room I was staying in, the floors were very slightly slanted and the drawers were opened. Also, got no sleep because the people above us were walking around all night so maybe should’ve made the floors a bit thicker. Food was ok.

A converted synagogue located close to the university. The interior is without character, rooms are expensive and should be cleaned better.

Best place to stay in Syracuse. Close to the university and medical centers. Clean, unique rooms in a historic setting.

Stayed here with family to tour colleges in the area. Great location, able to walk to nearby restaurants easily, easy to access highway and airport. The rooms are older (bedside lights didn’t work) but comfortable and clean. We felt safe throughout our stay. Parking was free and was secure.Bar where breakfast is also offered seemed short-staffed. Bartender quit the night we stopped by due to inadequate staffing. We went elsewhere for breakfast and dinner / drinks as a result

Pros: People and service were excellent. Location is awesome if want to walk to Syracuse. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice to have the coffee & drink bar in lobby. Nice to have a fitness center on site.Cons: Location is not awesome if you don't like ambulance sounds at night given proximity to hospital. Floorboards were extremely squeaky especially at night if getting up. Fitness Center is extremely small. Hard to fit more than 3 in it.Overall, it was decent. I haven't stayed in other area hotels in Syracuse but our Uber drivers said that this one is still the best in town so there you have it.

Pros: Great Syracuse and medical centrality. Friendly staff. Novel re-purposing of church(?) building.Cons: No EV charging, squeaking and hollow wooden platform flooring. Staff voices from lobby carry through to first floor rooms. No inclusion of breakfast.

Generally nice and helpful staff aside from a prickly bartender. Comfortable and clean rooms. But the floors squeak very loudly, the air conditioning is very noisy and shakes the room, the shower can't be turned on without being sprayed with cold water, the showerhead needs to be cleaned out and unclogged, and the lights are inconvenient to access. The restaurant recommendations provided were outdated and you're better off Googling it yourself

We chose this hotel for its convenient walking distance to the Syracuse University Dome for a football game. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially the bartender Mara. Our room, 123, was spacious and comfortable, but it's location in the hall off the lobby and next to the bar made it a little noisier than I'd have preferred. The breakfast menu is pretty limited but the food was excellent and again, service was top notch. The private access-controlled parking lot was nice and they even let us park there before check-in time since we were going to be checking in after the game. The exterior looks more like a bank or school building, but the interior is very nicely appointed.Overall, I'd definitely stay here again but would seek a room further away from the bar and lobby to cut down on the noise.

Great little hotel perfect for walking to Syracuse University campus. I was there during Homecoming weekend so it was completely booked.Really loved the high ceilings even on the 2nd floor which let in plenty of daylight. The staff was super friendly.Rooms have limited amenities. No coffee and tea maker in the room and no restaurant onsite. They have a bar with lite bites and coffee and tea is available downstairs at all times. There's a sign on the room that says housekeeping available on request but they ended up turning the room over everyday.

We had never been to Syracuse but were flying out of the city after a vacation in the Adirondacks. This boutique hotel was perfect for exploring the area and Syracuse University on foot. The hotel occupies a historic building. It is maintained as a green building, charming, clean, and comfortable. The room was spacious, and it included free parking. It was a delightful last night In NY State.
