Food was good but the attitude of the lady at the counter was not okay. She was very unwelcoming and kind of rude.I would have gone to this place again for the food but I won’t because of that lady’s attitude.

The chats are as good as in India!
We tried Indian desserts and Indian street food at India Fashion Chaat House. Friendly staff and flavorful food. From syrupy to crunchy, from milk-based to nutty, Indian sweets have something for everyone. Aromatic & Flavorful – Ingredients like saffron, cardamom, and ghee elevate their taste. We bought a box of dessert and tried some savory crepe (dosa). We'll definitely go back again.
Food items - chaat, dosas, gobi 65, pain puri all excellent
I come here for aloo tikki chaat at least twice a month but would probably come three times a week if I wasn’t sure I would drown myself in chickpea potato heaven. I love the simplicity, service, and quiet time to read and enjoy the delicious food - and take samosas home for my family. It’s a must stop and don’t let the location or family environment fool you - this is one of Syracuse’s (well, Dewitt’s!) best gems. Love you aunty!

I have tried their snacks and they are always fresh and delicious. It is not overly salty and well balanced. Healthy and fun to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Soniya Didi, make so awesome tasty delicious Chaat, love to eat what she only makes! I only come when Soniya is Available at the store. She needs raise she should be a store manager.

Quite frankly this place has good food that is overshadowed heavily by the lack of professionalism & racist servers. I have been here a number of times & I am always treated the same way. I'm African & when I enter the shop, I'm ignored & Indian customers who arrive after me are served first. The lady at the front is always so rude to me but had the nerve to ask me to write a 5 star google review on multiple occasions. I personally would not recommend this to anyone, especially to my fellow Africans based on poor customer service
