We had such an amazing experience at Inkas last night. Matteo, our server, went above and beyond. I spilled wine on my jacket, he came
Immediately with club soda. I loved the Aji Amarillo sauce, an he brought me a container to buy, and the chef to meet me. The owner filled our water glasses. The food was delicious and incredibly flavorful. It was comfortable and unique! Matteo needs a promotion, and our family will definitely be back!

My experience at Inkas was absolutely amazing. A wonderful staff who takes the time to serve you well. The food is great, especially everything I ordered. I have no complaints. I would go again and again. The atmosphere is wonderful too. One of my favorite spots.

This was our 2nd time here and it didn't disappoint. I got the the lobster ravioli and my wife got out of her comfort zone and did the taco tacu(which is frigging awesome). The ceviche is to die for

The food and atmosphere are wonderful. The food was delicious, with authentic Peruvian flavors. I was skeptical at first but it did not disappoint. Great to see a Peruvian restaurant in syracuse so close to home as I've only seen them in nyc. This is a must have. The alfajores are bigger than the regular cookie size but still very delicious.

Absolutely amazing Peruvian restaurant experience! ♥️💛🙌🏻
It was my husband birthday and we were having such a great time together with our friends 😍
The food was full of authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and every dish felt special. The service was outstanding, our server Verona was the best I ever had — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. You truly feel taken care of here.
Thank you so much for everything ❤️🙏🏻Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great cuisine and exceptional hospitality!

First time, won't be our last! Absolutely, positively, incredibly amazing. Everything was on point: the food, the drinks, the dessert, the service, the ambiance. Often times, when we go out, we leave the restaurant thinking that the food and drinks weren't worth what we paid for them. Not tonight! Yeah, it's pricey. Yeah, it's worth it! Still basking in the glow of an incredible dinner...

This place was very good! Went on Valentine’s Day weekend, and the food was delicious.
Although the first time around, the Mahi dish was undercooked- but they came back with a fresh one. Server: Matteo was fabulous. Definitely recommend this place to eat!!

Mixed feelings about Inka's. I had heard great things about it and it certainly is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. But the food is quite pricey, $30-40 a plate. I went with a group and we tried 3 types of ceviche and they were great. Some of the other appetizers were delicious too, like the fried calamari. My entree, the Chicken a la Brasa (roasted Peruvian chicken) was good but nothing more than what I make at home, and didn't even come with the common green sauce (yellow and not spicy instead). Again for the price, it should have come with something better than french fries (not great ones either). I also got the spicy margarita and the white sangria. The margarita was great but the sangria wasn't much and dressed up more like a cocktail than anything else (toasted cinnamon stick inside). I felt the service was slow too. So while I might go back, I'd be more careful about what I ordered. I feel like with the price of it, everything there should have been phenomenal!

Absolutely fantastic meal. Had the steak skewers as an appetizer, spicy margarita, lobster ravioli and shortbread tres leche cookie dessert. My husband had the braised chicken that was perfection. Every course was better than the last. Well worth it. Don’t miss out on this awesome place in the old Traditions downtown.

Very busy & trendy Peruvian restaurant with some Japanese (odd) food sprinkled in. Great ceviche selection, but their other Peruvian choices were underwhelming. I had the octopus dish & a kebab appetizer, which both didn't lack in size but in flavor.
Still, cool & very lively place.
