LOVE the ceviche!! Drinks and ambience were sensational! The quinoa salad was great too (no cheese) and the mushrooms were super tasty too. The only dish we didn’t love was the eggplant. Very trendy cool spot for a night out

I get why they are 4.8⭐️ on Google maps. We just grabbed apps at the bar and they were delicious. Stephanie was out server and she was extremely friendly. She checked to see how we were doing multiple times and even gave us dish recommendations for when we come back (which we will).

If you are ever in Syracuse, NY I highly recommend a visit to Inka's. I strongly suggest making a reservation because it is always packed when I visit. However you may get lucky and the hostess who is very welcoming will find a space at the bar for you. There is on street parking for $2.00 an hour. The menu selection is varied and the dishes are delicious. I took a bite into the dish before remembering to take the photo. It was 😋 yum. That is a seafood dish.

If you have celiac disease or other serious gluten allergies, this is at least one high- end restaurant in Syracuse that serves TRULY gluten free meals with a staff, including their waits, who actually know what gluten-free really means...no cross contamination! This is a challenge for restaurants to do and I commend Inka's owners and staff for meeting that challenge.

Finally tried Inka’s after a year and wish I tried it earlier. Really outdid themselves and the food was amazing. Stephanie was a great server and very attentive. Sushi roll was the star of the show. Steaks were cooked perfectly and accompanied by delicious sides. Overall amazing experience and food.
