My wife and her friend went for lunch and tried “chupe de camarones”. It was very disappointing. It was shrimp boiled in water and salt added. That is NOT chupe de camarones. No flavor, diluted soup. I am sure my wife’s friend will not come back. That dish is bad reputation for Peruvian food the is very delicious

I don't even have words for how much I love the food here.
Inka's was amazing. The bartenders were solid, the sushi is probably the best I have had in Syracuse and the steak was melt in your mouth. Great flavors. Our server was also awesome- I had a great experience there, can't wait to go back.

We had such an amazing time and meal! Started off with a limonada mocktail and had the octopus for my main meal. The octopus was tender and flavorful. I had a few bites of my husbands dessert which was refreshing and tangy! Service was great! Will definitely be coming back!

Very interesting experience. My friend and I had gone we didn’t have a reservation. They easily got us in, which was very nice. I sat at the bar while I waited for my friend and it took the bartender 20 minutes to take my drink order and then another 15 on top of that to make my drink. When my friend and I sat down at the table it took our server 20 minutes to come over and greet us and didn’t even really greet us she just said what can I get you guys to drink, not mentioning her name or welcome to this restaurant none of that. we then put our drink orders in and it took another 30 minutes for our drinks to come out. She took a very long time to take our food order and the food then took an hour and a half to come out, not once did she check up on us asking us if were OK or apologizing for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, the people next to us kept getting apologies from her for food and drinks being late. The food was OK, I got the chicken dish And the chicken was extremely dry, and the french fries tasted like they were from Walmart.
I honestly do not think I’ll ever go here again just because the service was so bad
Fantastic tasting food and atmosphere. Beautiful artwork and seating. Highly recommend the classic ceviche (mango ceviche was too sweet for me), grilled octopus, and cauliflower.

Dining at Inkas was an absolute delight, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Carlos. From the moment we sat down, Carlos was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making our experience truly special.
He expertly guided us through the menu, and his recommendations were spot-on. The ceviche was simply outstanding – fresh, vibrant, and bursting with authentic Peruvian flavors. It was clear that high-quality ingredients were used, and the balance of citrus and spice was perfect. Then came the roasted chicken, which was equally impressive. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, with a beautifully seasoned, crispy skin that had us raving. It was a hearty and comforting dish that perfectly showcased the restaurant's culinary prowess.
Beyond the fantastic food, Carlos's service elevated the entire meal. He was always there when we needed him without being intrusive, and his genuine enthusiasm for the food and the restaurant was infectious. He truly made us feel welcomed and valued. We can't wait to return to Inkas, and we'll definitely be asking for Carlos again!

I've been eyeing this place since they opened recently and had a chance to stop by on a Thursday for happy hour. As one of the first customers of the evening, the bar was pretty open with various seating to choose from. I was greeted by a warm and pleasant bartender who explained certain menu items I asked for more information on..I ordered their signature maracuya sour drink which was beautifully presented and tasted delicious, and some bar bites: steak skewers, ceviche and their inka tuna sushi app. Everything was delicious and wonderfully presented! The atmosphere and ambiance was great until the fire alarm came on, slightly disturbing but all was well! The food and customer service made up for that.and of course things happen. Can't wait to go back!!!

Wow!!! What a wonderful experience. The food here is perfect, the flavors are unique, and above all, the staff is wonderful. If I could give it 20 stars, I definitely would. Congratulations on such a spectacular restaurant. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend the ceviche classic and the arroz con mariscos. Dessert- I love the crocante de lucuma and tres leches as well.🙏
