My experience at Inkas was absolutely amazing. A wonderful staff who takes the time to serve you well. The food is great, especially everything I ordered. I have no complaints. I would go again and again. The atmosphere is wonderful too. One of my favorite spots.
This was our 2nd time here and it didn't disappoint. I got the the lobster ravioli and my wife got out of her comfort zone and did the taco tacu(which is frigging awesome). The ceviche is to die for

Immediately with club soda. I loved the Aji Amarillo sauce, an he brought me a container to buy, and the chef to meet me. The owner filled our water glasses. The food was delicious and incredibly flavorful. It was comfortable and unique! Matteo needs a promotion, and our family will definitely be back!
