Cheated, care full when you buy from this shop, today I bought 3 flavors of ice cream , the associate ask me pay first, while I pay she packed all 3 flavors of ice creams in one very tiny cup that cup can fit only one scoop, she cheated me with filling all 3 flavors of ice cream ( very small scoop) Care full from this type of cheaters

My friend ordered one of your cookies and she went insane. She is normally a very calm person but after eating this, she was rolling on the floor and then passed out. I don’t know what the heck you put in that cookie but it was not natural and definitely not legal to sell to a minor. Please fix whatever was in that poisoned cookie!!!

I stopped in with my partner as we were on a road trip. We actually stopped for Chipotle just a couple buildings down, but we love insomnia Cookies. Since we moved, we don't have one nearby anymore and were really excited to see one.
We're never sure if we can get a few cookies for her as she can't eat Gluten. We were in luck though as they had a fresh batch come out of the oven just minutes earlier. We got a 6 pack, 3 for her and 3 for me. We of course had to have one right away while they were still warm.
They were delicious then and delicious 5 hours later when we finally got to our destination. The lady behind the counter was also very friendly and seemed to enjoy being there.

Wow. The driver was super kind and delivered TWICE the incorrect order because the staff at this store truly could not care less and gave him the wrong order twice. The staff at this Insomnia first told him there was nothing else with our order (we ordered a pint of ice cream and a large cookiewich and no ice cream with the order). Then he went back and they gave him one scoop of the three that was supposed to come with the cookie wich and STILL no pint of ice cream. When we called directly, I had to call three times in a row as the staff was picking up the phone on hold and hanging up on us. This place is horrible. Do not order from here. This is not our first mess up from them, but it will absolutely be the last time we order from this company. Shameful service.
They refused to give me an order an hour before close and had me order through door dashing instead after driving a half an hour to get them, then I received the wrong order and at that point they were closed so I couldn’t get my $30 order. When I got it the next morning I got the most mid cookies I’ve ever had. They were extremely small, cold and just so disappointing. Definitely has gone down and not worth it anymore.

After one woman managed to completely mess up my order I asked for her to give me the cookies that I actually ordered. Not only did she insist that she gave me the right cookies, the other server next to her was basically laughing in my face. Once again I asked to receive the cookies that I ordered and she very rudely refused. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here.
