Food tasted delicious; however, don't order chicken and biscuits unless you want gravy, biscuits, and 1 small piece of chicken! Pic shows what was served to us. Our waitress never checked on us until my children had finished their meals despite trying to get her attention. None of this meal was eaten, my daughter ate hers after waiting to tell waitress for 15 minutes because she was hungry and it was getting cold. Mine was sent back and when asked to remove it off the bill the waitress had her supervisor/manager come to the table after another 5 minute wait. The "manager" said shecould only partially discount the one meal and not take either meal off the bill. After, I told her (blond hair, thin, older woman with glasses) that I was going to post she took one meal off... abd stated "we get alot of complaints about the chicken and biscuits having very little chicken, next time find a manager and tell them you want more chicken." Really? They know there is an issue, the waitress, and manager are aware, but just keep serving it that way without cate or correction? I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and grew up with the Hafner children (Gary, Chuck, and Wendy) and never had a had meal or service until now. Totally unacceptable customer service. Not sure why Wendy was not notified by the server or "manager" to correct the issue. She definately would have handled it better. Disappointing at best.

Had I known that 12 tiny, and I mean tiny, wings would be $20.00, I would have not gotten them! Hafner Restaurant, you should be ashamed!I should have taken the menu when the waitress handed it to me but because my party had waited well over an hour to be seated, I told the waitress I was ready to order, didn'tneed a menu. When I got my bill I actually asked the waitress if it was really $20 for the wings! Is this a type-o??Well, lesson learned....I paid $37 for an Iced Tea, side (Ceasar) salad and 12 tiny wings. NEVER AGAIN!3/17/24In response to your reply. Of course you would say that you haven't had any complaints about the wings! I wouldn't expect anything to be said differently.And I did speak with your server, McKenna, about the price gouge, but she just apologized and said "I don't make the prices".

We were in Syracuse for a couple nights up from Horseheads and decided to meet up with a couple friends who live in the area. We decided to to give Hafners a try and very happy we did so. We sat in the bar area which was absolutely packed for the SU game. Jessica was our waitress and she nothing short of amazing. We let her know we just wanted to have some drinks and would probably order food in a while due to the fact we were visiting with each other and just wanted to hang out. She kept our drinks full the entire time, and they came super fast even with how packed the house was. We ordered food , burger, some wings, and these mozzarella flats (they had to be made in house, they were not a normal mozzarella stick, and they were AMAZING). Just wanted to say thank you again to Jessica for really making our experience at Hafners a great one. The restaurant definitely runs like a well oiled machine. Will be back again.

We had the loaded fries, sweet potato fries, mozz sticks, shrimp scampi, wings & cheesesteak sandwich. Everything was delicious! They are very accommodating & the server was attentive. They put our cake in the back (birthday) & brought it out with the candles lit. It's a very close, small, cozy type seating area. There's a nice little fireplace & on the other side of it is a bar as well as a downstairs party area. Highly recommend!Parking: Plenty of parking, on every side of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is in the back.

This is our go to place! No matter the occasion, Hafners is amazing. We love watching games on the bar side, and during summer we love sitting outside on their beautiful outdoor seating area.
