Joey's Italian Restaurant and Pronto Joeys

Before the new place opened I would say the best place to go. Not now. It took over an hour to get our food, $40 more expensive than we have paid for the same food, very loud, bathroom was dirty. It only opened in the new building a couple days ago. Approached by a manager asking if we had a question like we were criminals. Needless to say we probably won’t be going back to what was one of our favorite places.

What an amazing relic. I heard it's being torn down and rebuilt, but this was exactly what you want. Older decor, attentive and sharp staff, smells like garlic and parm. The food is outstanding. Here's to the slowing of construction...

Great authentic Italian cuisine

Cool place with great food and big portions. Staff was wonderful.

Let me just say that I love this place! My husband and I ate here last Tuesday and it was amazing across the board. We ate in the downstairs restaurant. I had the cavatelli aletea and my husband had chicken Marsala both fabulous, appetizer was fried calamari and spumoni for dessert, also excellent! They also have a very nice wine list. The atmosphere is something we both loved. We’re from the city and relocated to CNY a few years ago and this place reminded us of some of our Little Italy haunts. We will definitely be regulars here! A keeper! Also, want to mention we’ve been to Pronto Joey’s as well and would highly recommend.

Had lunch.opgen sirloin steak on garlic toast unbelievably delicious chicken masala wonderful beef boulabaise delicious. Sauteed mushrooms tasteless. We will return!

Great NY style Italian food, don't miss out on the calamari steak! Top notch cannoli too.

Wonderful, friendly and yummy. Try local feel that made us felt welcome as soon as we walked in. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Classic menu and meal was delicious.

Love going here, never disappoints Came again for lunch this past Thursday, waitress was wonderful, food was amazing as always! They have the best Canolis ever, always take one to go. My favorite from there are the soups and the stuffed riggies, the sauce is perfect ♥️

Don’t normally post stuff just want people to know how awesome this place is starting with our waitress very honest and pleasant person then takes our order with some changes my girlfriend made then chef comes out talks to her tells her he will make her something special and he did food comes out looked like we ordered for 4 we couldn’t even eat half of food we have enough food for dinner tonight then chef comes out to make sure everything was good unbelievable place and service thanks
